I was here today after ordering my food ahead of getting here by 30 mins then after getting was informed one of my items was just about to be up and would be a moment we'll now I've been in the store almost 20 mins will be late back to work and will now get in trouble for being late getting back and won't be able to eat my food this is just ridiculous isn't the first time I will not be coming again

Ordered black pepper steak and greens. Got 5 pieces of meat the rest greens. If I order chicken its 2lbs of chicken but its like rubber. Dont be so cheap with the steak, put some damn meat in the bowl ....

Poor service. I come to this location bc I have a toddler and an infant and they have a drive thru. Well today I went through the drive thru, and they told me to wait out front and someone would bring out my food. Well 10 minutes pass, and there doesn’t appear to be any employee who has been in/out of the building. So I get my kids out of their car seats and drag them inside. Once the cashier finishes with a customer, she goes to the drive thru area where they had my box already ready. If I wanted to have to go inside, I would’ve just gone to the Bell Rd location, which is probably what I will do from now.

I was using the bathroom here and the weirdest thing is a male officer was pounding on the females bathroom according to him he left his cell phone in there and I told him that I found the cell phone and was going to return it to the manager at Panda and he called me a liar and when I came out of the bathroom so did pandas manager they both did not believe me so they both wanted a stereotype me because the fact that I'm homeless I don't understand how Phoenix Police have every right to stereotype someone just because they're using the bathroom or Panda Express
The is great like any other Panda Express. Just service could be better. I think what the staff sometimes forgets in Panda's is that they are so busy that they forget something to connect with people. You can still be efficient and personable at the same time!

Stopped by Panda Express for a quick lunch and ended up waiting over 20 minutes just to get my food. When I finally got my order, the orange chicken had a weird chemical aftertaste, almost like it had been cooked in cleaning products, everything tasted terrible. Definitely not worth the wait or the money. I used to enjoy Panda Express, but this visit totally changed my mind. Won’t be coming back.
