I came to pick up my mobile order and the employee working the line, stayed at her spot instead of walking towards the registers and asking me if I was picking up an order.

Tasty Food, Great Service, But Watch Those Portions and Prices
Panda Express offers delicious dishes and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the portion sizes compared to the prices. It felt like I wasn't getting enough for what I paid.
Also, getting basic necessities like napkins and sauces was surprisingly difficult. It almost felt like they were trying to charge extra for those.
Overall, it's a mixed bag. If you have a bigger budget or don't mind smaller portions, you might still enjoy it for the flavors and service.

I've been here many times too we usually take out. They're very accommodating they cut the food the way you like it and the teriyaki chicken is really good and so is all their other dishes but I find the staff extremely helpful at this location

I had such a great experience during my recent visit to Panda Express Thunderbird branch, thanks to Korinne her name attached to her uniform. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment I walked in. She greeted me with a genuine smile, helped me decide on my meal, and made sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it.

It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, but she truly did. Her positive attitude and kindness made my day. The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and her service made the whole experience even better.

Terrible service two people at counter walked away and left three people standing in line. They just left. Three people are standing at the register with no one there and there is no one serving the people in line. I’m dumbfounded.

The ladies behind counter were very focused on themselves. I got snapped at for asking to try the hot orange chicken before i buy. Her response was nasty. Her tone very unpleasant. No we don't do samples. I wanted out of their so fast. I will not return. And its right by my work. Their loss. Get better help. Train them to treat people better. Instead of how she spoke to me. She could have just said no mam we aren't allowed to do samples at this time I am sorry. Very pleasant and not rude. I felt attacked. I almost want to walk in and get a refund for their absolute rude attitude. By the way when someone is rude to the customers, they limit the amount spent. Poor atmosphere. No need to spend anymore.

I’m very disappointed with the portion sizing recently! I used to go to this location and it was fair for the amount it costs, but 5 pieces of shrimp AND I get up charged for getting this item… c’mon guys
