The ladies behind counter were very focused on themselves. I got snapped at for asking to try the hot orange chicken before i buy. Her response was nasty. Her tone very unpleasant. No we don't do samples. I wanted out of their so fast. I will not return. And its right by my work. Their loss. Get better help. Train them to treat people better. Instead of how she spoke to me. She could have just said no mam we aren't allowed to do samples at this time I am sorry. Very pleasant and not rude. I felt attacked. I almost want to walk in and get a refund for their absolute rude attitude. By the way when someone is rude to the customers, they limit the amount spent. Poor atmosphere. No need to spend anymore.

I’m very disappointed with the portion sizing recently! I used to go to this location and it was fair for the amount it costs, but 5 pieces of shrimp AND I get up charged for getting this item… c’mon guys

Generally pleased with food and customer service...however, they seem to always be out of orange chicken, which means waiting for next batch. Kind of defeats the purpose of 'fast food'. Poor planning for a popular menu item?

Came to pick up my order. Online order and they helped four other people in front of me instead. When I had ordered 30 minutes before them. They walked in after me and I had it ordered online.

does the owner or any employee take pride in their work?
do they care about quality or accuracy?
we made the simplest of orders.....teriyaki chicken and white rice...beijing beef and fried rice
we got noodles as our side...even the receipt that was attached to the bag had our order right....but this is not the worst part
they decided to give us the worst meat product that was burnt and sitting forever....we could not eat it and would not even give it to our dogs
maybe panda corporate should train the owner and then the owner should train the employees
