I asked them for chili sauce from the macuarra who is there and I just took a little package so they wouldn't end up poor.

They literally had no food at 1pm. little half scoops maybe but nothing fresh. No fried rice no chow mein and a 7 minute wait for both. Nothing like paying 11$ for plain rice and plain chicken!

Went in on a Sunday at 2 pm. empty and only one employee to help. Food was almost empty and VERY DRY. manager came out and had to do most cooking. Cook later came in to help. Asked manager for sauce for the dry food, said they do not have side sauces. Asked for fresh cooked food and she had an attitude. Very hard to come back.

The Staff Were Very Friendly and Helpful! The Food was Hot and Fresh! And, even though, it was close to closing time, they made Fresh food for us, after they ran out of what we wanted. Even after telling them, there was No Need for it, that we could choose something else!! I've been to A Few different Other Panda's, and the Employees, Have All Be Rude AF! Not here! They All Deserve A Raise!! 🙂 Recommend 10/10

Went at about 1pm on a weekday, so the "food" should have been fresh.
Boy, was I in for a surprise.
How do people eat this? Everything was dried out.
Arizona needs some good American/Chinese food, not this place.

I guess, as long as dummies keep buying it, they will keep selling it.

I just left this place and I regretted coming. The chaufa was dry and the noodles were hard, as if they had been reheated, before coming to this headquarters think twice.

I asked cook to put out new chicken. He took what was already cooked, recooked it until it was way overcooked. I did not see that until I returned home. I will never eat at this location again.

I have visited this panda location three times in the last six weeks while on vacation in Phoenix. All three times I encountered the same problem that at 7 PM in the evening many of the dishes were out of stock. If you wanted orange chicken, and either fried rice or chow mein, there was no problem but if you wanted anything else it either was out of stock or less than a serving in the bowl in the service line. On my first visit I was told that I could wait five minutes for an entrée to be prepared. I ended up waiting 20. This is totally unsatisfactory. So I knew on my second and third visit not to order anything that was not on the line.

I’ve never had such a weird experience. Went to Panda Express at 9pm. They close at 10pm. There was almost no food in the buffet line. There were a couple bites of one entree, some lo mein, and maybe a cup of one other dish. I order an entree and two sides and the young girl said this is what we have left and I’m not going to make anything else. Yikes. Honestly I would be ok with that but what they had left wasn’t even enough for a meal. The workers clearly wanted to go home but it was an hour from closing. Strange and unprofessional. I won’t come back to this location.
