I have visited this panda location three times in the last six weeks while on vacation in Phoenix. All three times I encountered the same problem that at 7 PM in the evening many of the dishes were out of stock. If you wanted orange chicken, and either fried rice or chow mein, there was no problem but if you wanted anything else it either was out of stock or less than a serving in the bowl in the service line. On my first visit I was told that I could wait five minutes for an entrée to be prepared. I ended up waiting 20. This is totally unsatisfactory. So I knew on my second and third visit not to order anything that was not on the line.

I’ve never had such a weird experience. Went to Panda Express at 9pm. They close at 10pm. There was almost no food in the buffet line. There were a couple bites of one entree, some lo mein, and maybe a cup of one other dish. I order an entree and two sides and the young girl said this is what we have left and I’m not going to make anything else. Yikes. Honestly I would be ok with that but what they had left wasn’t even enough for a meal. The workers clearly wanted to go home but it was an hour from closing. Strange and unprofessional. I won’t come back to this location.

We come to this location about once a week and the food is always good but the service is terrible. They are always out of everything and so we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for one or more of the plates while the other plates sit there and get cold. The girl behind the counter would not respond when I said the rest of the food was going to get cold, she just laughed and spoke to her teammates in Spanish.

I normally don't come to this panda Express but I will now. When I came in it was 7:00pm and most of the food was gone, Christian the cashier at the time made sure I was taken care of while the food was cooking and was givimg me timed updates on the food. At the end he wished me a good night and to enjoy the food, it's hard to get customer service like that now a days!

The food is good here but my takeout order had no sauces in either of our two bags - we were disappointed and angry when we got home to eat our meal!

The service was extremely quick and the woman who helped me was helpful and sweet. I ordered an orange chicken bowl and couldn't help but notice their panda bowls have shrunk over the years! I remember being able to get full AND have leftovers from one of their bowls but I was able to finish the whole thing in one sitting. Panda is just one of many restaurants that have downsized... but the food is still good.

I am so disappointed in the service and ethical values of the employees at this location. I arrived at 903pm on a Friday night. I checked Google, Apple to confirm that it closed at 930pm on Fridays. After arriving, I noticed several employees in the store and one gentleman outside the front of store. As I walked up he said it was closed. I told him that hours of operation on Apple Maps, Yelp, and Google all showed that the closing time for Friday was 930pm. Then, the employee looks closely on the sticker in front and points to it and says to me, sorry, but we are closed at 9pm on Fridays just as this sticker on the front door clearly states. Not believing this employee, I walked up and looked at the sticker and to my absolute disappointment and dismay, the sticker reinforced what I had been saying all along... that the hours of operation for Friday were 930am to 930pm!!!!!! What a LIAR!! To lie to my face after reading the sign that shows he was wrong but then acting like the sign read something other than what it said.... Truly sad!!!! I also called the store right then and the female employee inside answered. I asked her when it closed on fridays and she started stumbling her words... "oh, ummm, aghhh, we are umm closed now (905pm)." I was like you liar!!! Terrible customer service. Clearly, they wanted to leave and get out of the store. I don't appreciate someone looking me in the face and lying. The fact that the employee had the nerve to point to the sign and read it as if the sign stated the closing time on Friday was 9pm, when the sign actually stated 930pm!What a slap in my face. I don't appreciate it. I really don't.
