Just left Panda with a smile ! Josh was amazing, he was alone at front taking orders ringing people up all in a speedy matter!!! Give that young man a raise! Best customer service ever received at this location

You walk into a fast food place for a quick meal and you walk into a fine restaurant for an experience. But with truly great front staff, even a fast food place can become an experience.
We arrived late in the evening on August 11th 2025 after a long day, tired and hungry. The front lady working that shift completely saved our day. She was warm, friendly and full of energy, turning what could have been just another late-night bite into something we will remember from our trip.

I got a fried rice bowl with the Honey Semsame Chicken, and it was great! I swear, I've never received this side of portion before and I appreciate it! So good! The ladies that helped me we're extremely friendly and had things covered upfront for sure. When I'm back in the area I'll stop by once again! Thanks!

I ordered two bigger 3 Combo plates and the service was really bad and rude the service young woman had a nasty attitude towards me I’m the consumer pay my money and your establishment and she act like you ain’t want to give me what I paid for I talk night manager Was she didn’t do nothing to the young lady and then my food was cold gotta have a pudding, hot food on top of the warm food. That’s unacceptable. When a customer ask to wait for the fresh food . It’s always a problem with y’all What the consumers paying their money and if we ask for extra sauce, it shouldn’t be problems this happens July 29th of 2025 ugh

I hate being the guy who orders food close to closing time but this locations employee gave us easily the best customer service we’ve ever had when ordering food late. The cashier working the closing shift went above and beyond and didn’t make us feel awful for picking up food within an hour of closing - I only wish I got her name so I could give her the kudos she deserves

The area surrounding this store is truly awful, if you live or work in the area you know what I mean. BUT this store is pretty clean and always has good service and I am never dissatisfied with the portions and the food is always panda delicious. Despite the area being bad, this is actually one of the better Pandas I have been too.

I see why literally ALL the panda express stores have 3 stars or less! I got 3 bowls! Each were filled with white rice with literally only one scoop of orange chicken then charge almost $10! What a complete joke! I was remined why I haven't been in years with this experience smh
They gave me 1/3rd wrong plate order for me I ask black pepper chicken and gave me this

Great food and good ambience. There is always a bit of a line because it is so good!
Yesterday, lunchtime around noon was busy. I was in the drive-through, I was given a large drink without a straw. When I was able to take a drink back at my office, the Dr Pepper tasted like water and there was no saving it. It was absolutely horrible.
The teriyaki chicken did not look like the photo on the menu board. The meat was all the same color Brown and was very appetizing and fatty.
I left a review on the survey listed on the receipt. I think quality has gone down and if food doesn’t look like the menu board picture, it shouldn’t be served.
Do better Panda, do better.
The staff were friendly and fast working.
