I live around the corner from here, so I tend to visit often. The last 3 or 4 time I've gone in to order somethings wrong.

1. I stioed by to grab a quick lunch. Went through the line Got my white rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I'm 2nd in line and literally about 4 dash drivers came in and I was put on hold. For a little under 10 min. I'm sure my food was cold at that point so I left.

2. This time I had to wait about 15 min until they had rice prepared. As one of your main sides you should always have some hot and ready.

3. There was a lot of empty food that needed to be prepped and none of it was being prepared as if the workers didn't have good communication when the portions were running low.

There's not much to eat in the area, but at this rate I probably will stop trying to eat there. Gonna stop wasting my time and energy just to not get anything to eat.

Customer service was non existing and the food was cold. The noodles were Mushy because they were overcooked and cold. They gave you packages for the teriyaki sauce which are cold and the food was cold so that didn’t help. Will not be coming back to this location. First and last time there.

Edgar is a horrible manager, I now see why the score is so low! I should have checked the rating before I stopped. Every person was nice and courteous except for the Management who should be the best in customer service. I had found some type of pan scapings or whatever in my food. I brought it to Edgar's attention and I said I'm grossed out. This made everything taste bad and I lost my appetite. After 5 bites of my bowl he seemed that I ate too much to warrant a refund, mind you I ate less than a quarter of my bowl, maybe if I ate half? Idk but there was SOMETHING IN MY FOOD! HE TRIED TO SAY I COULD STILL EAT IT. first he said it was from the chicken, then he said it was from the rice.... I'm at a loss. I'm out of my food and out of my money. I didn't get a refund or a remake. I wish I had taken a pic of the food. To show you. I did however ask the cashier and the customer she was helping if she would eat this large piece of whatever it was And she said no I don't eat here. It was a disturbing experience. I would understand a little bit better if it was a piece of burnt chicken or burnt rice or burnt zucchini or something close to resemblance of what I ordered but it was not. Whatever this piece was it was not rice. It was not chicken. It was not zucchini and yet the manager still tried to convince me that I could eat it or have it remade and I said no. I don't want my order remade because it's going to come from the same pan that whatever these items came from and I don't want a part of that. It doesn't have a good taste and it looks disgusting and he basically told me he couldn't help me. What kind of management do you have here? I would never have done that

Food is expensive these days. They had a new food and I wanted to enjoy a meal with my wife but when they told me I can't sample the new food it threw me off. Am I the only one who remembers them giving you a piece on a toothpick before you commit to a entre full of something you don't like? And for that reason, im out. Im petty, I won't ever be back.

I accidentally ordered water when ordering online so I went inside to exchange it. The guy asks for a receipt which I provided but he said I said that I ordered soda. WHICH NEVER came out of my mouth. He points at where it says water like I’m slow. Like I know what it says and know why I was given water which is the reason I said I ACCIDENTALLY ordered water and wanted soda. Maybe next time instead of trying to hear to respond. Comprehend what is being said first then respond. And going back and forth saying I said I ordered something which never happened! I’m not looking for free handouts just wanted an exchange for something I PAID FOR! Work on the comprehension skills instead of just responding to what you thought you heard. And I’m sure this was the manager.
And last time I was here some drunk guy started antagonizing the cashier. I stood up for the cashier, told that guy to pay for his food, and leave because I wanted my food too. That’s the atmosphere here. Two bad experiences now.

The best mushroom chicken and rice bigger plate ive had in a long time this location on 7th Ave and southern gave me a fresh and delicious plate 5 stars shout out to the night crew working today 9-30-25 went thru around 1030 if yall want fresh delicious food with great customer service pull up to this location in South Phoenix 💯👌🏾😋

You walk into a fast food place for a quick meal and you walk into a fine restaurant for an experience. But with truly great front staff, even a fast food place can become an experience.

We arrived late in the evening on August 11th 2025 after a long day, tired and hungry. The front lady working that shift completely saved our day. She was warm, friendly and full of energy, turning what could have been just another late-night bite into something we will remember from our trip.

I got a fried rice bowl with the Honey Semsame Chicken, and it was great! I swear, I've never received this side of portion before and I appreciate it! So good! The ladies that helped me we're extremely friendly and had things covered upfront for sure. When I'm back in the area I'll stop by once again! Thanks!
