No matter how many times I go to Panda Express the food is always missing something. The rice is undercooked, the noodles are dry and the meat selection can be a hit or a miss. I won't be returning but if you like inconsistency you can try your luck.

To crowded in diner parking is horrible drive tru is the same 2 entrance the makes a big back up and if your park good luck on get in out of your spot

They closed their lobby at 9pm despite being open until 2am. Other customers also mentioned that they do this every night even though their hours state otherwise. Will not be returning to this location. Absolutely rude and unprofessional staff.

Would have loved to eat here but the drive through was full to the street and despite not having seperate lobby hours listed, had the lobby locked 3 HOURS before closing with staff waving me away as if i could get in line for their drive through. Great idea folks lets just block 35th ave. Just solidified to me that panda has been and always will be mid at best.

What the heck is this? I ordered cream cheese wontons and all I got was some burnt wontons without the cream cheese!! Worst Panda Express. I want my money back!!

It was fresh. Went through drive-thru to pick up my online order and still have to wait but I can still say it was fresh and tasted good. There was really no complaints
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today, at 6.50pm the customer took a long time conversation on Espanol ( literature 10 minutes) over one regular (1) one plate and cub meal while many customers keeps coming into Panda Express (more then 5 people) and just has to wait due that unnecessary conversation after they had a hard day at work and heavy rain It's a very disrespectful due was not called another worker to keep serving the meals for all those customers who were awaiting in line when One customer took a long time the unnecessary conversation with a manager which solely served meals over 10 minutes for a plate and cub meal while over there inside were present many workers who had just ignored that disrespectful Customer Service situation. Definitely, need to improve the Customer service at this particular Panda Express

Haven't been to Panda's for a minute 'cause tbh seemed like the quality had sorta peaked and the portion sizes got smaller. So I stopped there a couple of days ago to pick up dinner just to check back in. Maybe it's under new management but the orange chicken and beijing beef were (back to being) right on point. Great flavors and good size portions. I'll be back.

Servers never get orders correct and miss items without refunds. Staff don't listen. Mess up both online pickup and in person drive through. Unless you babysit and watch them inside don't expect the right order.
