They messed up on my order and I came back with my food the lady at the register I'm sorry I didn't get your name she immediately apologized and offered to remake it fresh. She even let me keep the messed up order since I drove all the way back. I really like this location I never have a bad experience and I come here and order from this one a lot

Rude manager, he tore the bag out of my hands for my pick up order made me confirm the phone number after the employee said I could pick it up. I informed them my last pick up order. Was missing item, he didn't care. The portions are less than normal here. (I took a photo I don't see where to upload) do not go here. The one on Indian School and like 10th st better.

i came 11/2 around 2:10 to pick up a uber order when i walked in no one said anything, when i worked at panda we had to say hello welcome. the energy seemed like they were mad but it didn’t seem every busy at all , so i was sitting there waiting at the check out for the order & they finished the order and put it behind the container and no one still said anything even asking for help and saying excuse me 3 times so someone was clocking out and i had to say excuse me 3 times to even get his attention. he told the girl working to give me the order and i told her how i felt about what happened and she looked at me like she couldn’t care less about what i was saying and i SAID know you don’t care because it’s not happening to you but you should really slow down and think about what your doing i didn’t say it rude at all. no bs she laughed in my face, and said while yeah it’s pretty busy and walked away! as I said, it really wasn’t busy! so I said back to her doesn’t look that busy and she went to go gossip laughing to her coworkers seriously so rude. It was a little girl with braces and an attitude.

Waited ten minutes and received the wrong order, asked for a refund and they didn’t know how to do it so just handed me a fistful of cash. Obviously the corporate overlords don’t have the operating capital to properly train or staff. My advice to the young girls working here is to run.
