It was THE worst service ever, it said it was open at 8:30 and we waited for 20min and no service. Went up to the cashier and told her how long will it take and she rudely said "what do you want, all i have is white rice" so we told her than why does it says it is open at 8:30 when in reality you dont, she than proceeded to say well i only have one cook what do you want me to do.. We didnt want to extend the issue so we left to another panda. She was so rude it wasnt neccesary. Will never come back to this location.

I went in during a rush and Nancy was making herself busy with trash and other unnecessary things instead of helping the line. Monaoo was on his break and he came back and got straight to work. Nancy took half our order and walked away from me. It was very rude honestly. Afterwords Monaoo noticed and quickly assisted us, online orders and the line she had allowed to build up while he was on break. He was very attentive and efficient! Louis in the back had to catch up a little but held his cool. Additionally, everything he made was FRESH and cooked perfectly! Definitely some of the best panda I’ve had in a while! The guys were running the whole restaurant pretty much on their own, and they deserve all the recognition!

Ordered the "TERIYAKI" chicken. The people serving the food failed to mention that they were out of TERIYAKI SAUCE until after we paid. It would be no big deal if they mentioned this as we ordered.

I ordered here tonight from doordash. this meal might have been the biggest waste of $20 and most disappointing thing i have ever received. and it wasnt doordash's fault surprisingly.

the only edible thing out of my entire order was the crab rangoons. the noodles were dry and somehow water logged at the same time. and don't even get me started on the chicken. there was WAY too much sauce, that was also overly sweet and tasted like rotten mandarins. the chicken pieces were gigantic and every piece i put in my mouth was full of cartilage. they were soggy from either not being cooked hot enough, or being drowned in that nasty sauce. seriously, i had to google if panda changed their sauce it tasted so weird.

Panda has a new schedule, now they close at 11 pm but it doesn't matter because if you go to buy dinner at 1030pm they don't have any food to serve, no noodles, just a portion of rice and some of orange chicken. They are cleaning and washing the kitchen at 1030 pm.

I’ve been a regular at Panda Express for years, but my last four visits have been disappointing. It feels like the quality has really gone downhill. For example, the teriyaki chicken often seems undercooked, which is concerning. On my most recent visit, the Crab Rangoons/crab puffs were a complete letdown, there was no cream cheese inside at all, just an empty shell. The consistency and quality have taken a serious dive. 😒

As an Uber Eats & Doordash driver, the employees at this Panda Express restaurant went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. This help with orders coming in and leaving the restaurant allows us to deliver items to customers more quickly.

Tonight, there was an endless line out the door. Juan, the chef in the black shirt was DOMINATING the orders and feeding the entire restaurant with conviction. He looked motivated and determined to cook everything in sight. Absolute madman.
