I love Panda Express. I love the employees. They’re always super friendly. I’m disappointed that they took away mixed vegetables. Please get rid of the super greens.. and bring back the mixed vegetables.

I arrived at 10. :00 p.m. with this location that was open for another hour there was nothing to choose from. All the dishes were wiped out. I asked the young lady if they can make new fried rice in lo mein and she did not want to do it. The gentleman that was responsible for it. He just wouldn't look at her and give her an answer. It was an awkward moment but absolutely horrible customer service at this place. I guess that's the sign of the times will never come back to this location!

Are people allowed to to charge donations to the children’s hospitals to your card after you tell them no. This continues to happen here at this panda, I’ve learned to ask for my receipt from this place and there it is every time a charge that says panda cares donation. Then my make a deal of it like im the asshole. I did t ask for my kk eh back I just was point out that everytime you ask for a donation and I decline and you still press a button and charge my card that sounds like theft to me. It’s always one thing or another with this panda

**** Manager was listening and taking care of the customer needs - dish that I like wasn't available at the time he had the cook make it fresh. Super busy night but, staff was still smiling and moving the line quickly. 9/27 8:00pm * Very disappointed from the visit last night.. what a difference it makes when the manager cares for their customers and hands on helping the staff.. but, not this time.. after paying my bill I waited 20 minutes for the cook to make my dish while my rice and cheese rangoons getting cold in the same box on the back counter waiting. Finally, when my dish was ready set in the back counter I had to tell the server to please complete my order. She put one side dish in the box and handed to me, i show her my receipt and told her I paid for two side dish plate. She fixed the plate with attitude. I had my 8 yrs old grandson with me waiting and that time his food got cold waiting also. Poor service and quality not happy visit. 10/2 7:30pm

Good was good and plentiful. The only downside was a homeless man came in asking for a drink and there was a little bit of a scene

Ordered a plate with a drink for delivery. The teriyaki chicken was slimy and under cooked, they literally gave me 3 pieces of orange chicken and didn't send my drink. In addition, I now have food poisoning. I would not order again

Asked for a bowl with two proteins and appearantly that is impossible to do even if you offer to pay extra. Simply could’ve charged me two sides and put it in the same bowl but I guess we my request was out of this world
