I went in during a rush and Nancy was making herself busy with trash and other unnecessary things instead of helping the line. Monaoo was on his break and he came back and got straight to work. Nancy took half our order and walked away from me. It was very rude honestly. Afterwords Monaoo noticed and quickly assisted us, online orders and the line she had allowed to build up while he was on break. He was very attentive and efficient! Ordered the "TERIYAKI" chicken. The people serving the food failed to mention that they were out of TERIYAKI SAUCE until after we paid. It would be no big deal if they mentioned this as we ordered.
