This place is always so bad, just waotong here for 25 minutes to grab dinner and still havent paid. Why is thislocation so bad and why do we keep coming here! Please get a new owner for this place.

Food was soggy, cold and gross.
Orange chicken was tough to chewy, cold and soggy
I ordered vegetable spring rolls but got cold stale crab puffs and they shorted portions on à la carte entrées… I called to get it corrected but they wanted us to come back. I would have but there was an ancient right in front of their store that had a 20 minutes traffic on baseline that was all blocked off. I just threw it away and will not return to this location. Terrible customer service and terrible food quality at this location. They were also rude to my gf while she was ordering and rushed her through the line. The manager should be ashamed at how this store is run. They don’t seem to care about the customer or food quality. Also, pretty much every time I have been here, they are out of some major entree or have just veggies left in the mushroom steak dish for example. I can’t think of how many times I’ve had to wait 8+ minutes while to rest of my food gets cold for them to cook what ever they are out of.

On Tuesday 26th around 4pm i purchased my food, drink and sat down to enjoy my food. I got up for to relief my drink, one of the employees accused me of stealing. I had the receipt. The experience of being publicly and falsely accused of stealing is distressing and damaging. Do better

Took my time to call to make sure I got doy sauce and sweet and sour sauce since you can't modify the order and I still didn't get the sauces. Please hire more competent employees. It's not like I asked for a food modification.

I am still giving this place a five-star rating although I waited an awfully long time for some food to be cooked. It was worth the wait. It was very fresh and the ladies up front did a great job acknowledging my wait time and even offered me a free large drink for the hassle. Way to turn what could have been a bad experience to a pleasant one!!

Horrible Horrible Horrible. The rice was burnt, the egg rolls burnt, the mixed greens were watered down no flavor, nothing tasted good. I think it's this location because my family enjoys panda. Never had this problem with them before. If they weren't closing soon I would take it back and get my money back.
