Went after work to get dinner and got home after showering to eat and boom a whole hair on my shrimp did not even take a bite , drove back to only be given smirks and rude comments in Spanish by the manager because of there mess up I was very calm about it I have no hair I noticed going back in the females hair was not properly put up this was at 8:50-9:00 pm we all spend are hard earned money and should not have to deal with rude behavior

I was waiting in line before 10pm when they close at 11pm and employee on duty told me they couldn’t make anymore chow mien since they where gonna close soon , mind you they didn’t have anything else to choose from since all bowls where out of everything and expected me too choose 2 items what they had left. I did ask her don’t you guys close at 11 she said yes. Only 1 employee was attending customer when 7 were on duty. How do expect to sell food when you only have leftover scraps in those 2 bowls especially when you have a line of hungry customers. This employees didn’t really want to work. Don’t stay open when you can’t give good customer service. Horrible horrible customer service with this employee!

So lazy! This is the 3rd time! Drinks destroyed from packaging & order 16 sauces to get 2. Delivery: I've worked in the food service industry for 13 years. Think ahead how the customer is going to receive it. It doesn't take rocket science to realize that the larger drinks need double stacked drink holders (or 3). And if I order 10 hot mustards I get 0. So I order 16 and get 2. That's why I order 16. Dining in: when I dine in the people that work here are lovely at lunch. Food: I remember now why I never order the cheese rangoons. They're always soggy. Orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and chow mein are good as usual.

Ordered takeout online on 12/13 for a work lunch. Found out was missing an entree when I returned to work. Called the restaurant and was offered a chance to come back. Unfortunately I was unable to do that so I asked for a refund on my credit card for the food I wasn't given, and they told me that's what they would do. I waited for the transaction to process and they never applied a refund for the food I didn't receive.
Overall the service was good, and the food we did get was tasty, just wish I didn't have to pay for food I didn't get.

When I arrived to the restaurant the food was fresh (Almod) the cook was so polite and welcoming. Also, Bianca ha very good customer service skills she didn’t have a nasty attitude like others. Her smile was so opening. I would definitely visit location again

It was very pleasant. My 1.5 year old son made a big mess and I of course started cleaning up after him because that’s just what I do and she insisted it was ok and she wasn’t upset by it. I used to be a server so I get it. She isn’t a waitress either so it was my responsibility. They were all just very kind.
There was a little lack of cleaning, also employees, that's why the attention was not like other times, they bring overload of work

Kids had a half day today.. Decided to treat them Been awhile we had Panda Express Walk in there is a line of plates waiting to be filled Looks like cooks are behind Making rice and chow mein Orang chicken and so on it lunch so I'm guessing they had a rush before this crowd So we wait Put order in and wait Paid wait Get home with our bag and our bowls are not even full I paid $10 for half bowl and waited patiently To still come home and make rice to add to our dowls Crazy
