Waited 20 minutes for an order I put online. I got a text saying the food was ready but it was a lie they used to game the system. Unethical and badly managed place, stay away.

I can forgive a bit for them being busy. Spent time waiting in line for drive thru no big deal. Ordered rice and orange chicken. I stole a bite of the chicken on my way to the house and it was lukewarm. Made back to the house and took a bite of the rice to see if I needed to just reheat the chicken and the rice isn’t even cooked. Tried heating it up and can’t even get it cooked. Waste of my money.

ordered a bigger plate and i specified which of the three entrees i needed in the togo container instead of in the plate 3 times when i was ordering and they still got it wrong.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to order in the correct place that you wait at, only for the employee to walk up and take the order of the person who was waiting after me.
Apparently the even tho the team members are the one that offer to wait for certain items. I got cold , batter ends of the food I said I was okay with waiting on , rice was stale , super green , were soggy , and when I order teriyaki chicken I expect a teriyaki sauce packet, other I would order the plain chicken. Jesus christ ,this location use to be good , but service has been going downhill, and I've been coming here for months. I guess it's time to look for a new avenue for food

Waiting over 30 minutes to pick up an online order is unacceptable. I've given this Panda so many chances to get it right. I'm completely done with this place. Avoid this location (48th St & Broadway). It's a hot mess/nightmare. Management/Owner needs to retrain their employees for efficiency. Are they even aware of how bad it is? I see several of the same type of negative reviews for this particular restaurant, so I know I'm not the only one having issues with service here. As is, this location is going downhill fast.

Ordered online and got a message that my order was complete. Drove to the location with only one car ahead of me, yet ended up waiting over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Cars behind me were honking, and the car in front was clearly frustrated as well, waving their hands impatiently. They finally drove off with just one bag.
When I got to the window, I could literally see my online order just sitting there ready but still had to wait another 6 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me.
Got home to find the food completely cold — clearly it had been sitting for over 30 minutes. Totally unacceptable.
This place is completely disorganized. If this is how they handle online orders and drive-thru service, I won’t be coming back. You’ve been warned.

The staff were friendly, but the food didn’t taste great this time. I ordered the hot orange chicken and the original chicken around 4:30 PM. The chicken didn’t have the usual hot and crispy flavor I’m used to. It seemed like the food might have been sitting out too long. Maybe using timers to discard old food could help maintain quality? It might save on food costs short-term, but it risks losing long-term customers like me. I probably won’t be back.
