The Manager here is Karim. So sad that these companies treat race’s differently. My son and I were racially profiled and and held my order back.

What is the probability of someone walking into Panda Express and guessing the correct name?

Panda Express offers decent food that satisfies when you're craving quick and familiar Chinese-American flavors. While the quality is generally consistent, one thing to note is the timing with online orders. Even if the app says your order is ready, it’s a good idea to wait an extra 5–10 minutes before picking it up. This small delay can save you from standing around waiting. Overall, it’s a convenient option with solid service.

I used to love eating at this this chain. Sadly endless and aggressive price increases, obvious deminshed quality of ingredients combined with aggressive portion control and you have Panda Express's misguided model for failed guest relations. Eating is a requirement of life, eating out is sadly becoming an expensive luxury, eating at Panda Express is quickly becoming extremely unaffordable.
Always preplaxing how l can easily find noticably better food with tableside service substantially far cheaper elsewhere at a sit-down restaurant.
Simply no longer worth the cost of supporting an establishment that's clearly on a war footing with my wallet. I gladly support your business and this is how you thank me?

It’s rare to get good customer service these days, but Luke was super nice and helpful! Will definitely be back to this location.

I recently placed a mobile order for pickup and ordered two bigger plates. Unfortunately, the food I received was very disappointing. I did not check my order until I got home, but the quality was noticeably poor. The chow mein consisted of short, broken noodles instead of fresh, long ones. The Kung Pao Chicken included very few vegetables—just two small pieces—making it feel incomplete and not as advertised. The food overall tasted old and not fresh, as if I had been given leftovers.

I had requested extra sauces but only received two packets of each flavor. This experience was frustrating, especially considering the price I paid, and it felt like money wasted.

I do not recommend ordering online or through mobile pickup at this location, as it seems customers are not given the same quality as in-person orders.

Consuelo B. Was unkind and flat out rude. Our teriyaki chicken container was half full and it was mainly gristle.

She forgot the sweet & sour with my Rangoon but I'll chalk it up that she was mesmerized by my beauty. Either way, what a nice location.
