What is this locations issue? My son and I met for dinner, both of us ordering the bigger plate because we were both very hungry. Honestly, we should have just gone somewhere else to eat because everything about this place was not welcoming. So, first of all had to wait 45-55 minutes for fried rice to be made. The honey walnut shrimp was low and looked old, so I assume that they were making fresh and the orange chicken although they had plenty, that my son ordered was ready but was not served to us but to others who came behind us. Then they asked for more orange chicken to be made. Cashier rushed to ring up empty cartons asking me to pay and I was like “ahh, nope cause you don’t even have my food or my sons food in those cartons”. I am from Missouri, the show me state and ahh no, food first, money later! So, we waited, almost an hour watching them wait on customer after customer that came in after us, before finally our horrible food was boxed and ready. I asked for teriyaki, sweet and sour sauce and chili sauce and the stank attitude of the person was as if I was interrupting her already stank day. My money is green period, I could care less if you came to work with an attitude miss missy, cause bottomline you get paid to take my money and do your job period! If it’s too much for you, then honey, go home cause there are so many other people out there who need a job and will treat customers like their money matters, not like we need to be kissing your behind because you forgot you were at work and not in a doggone Tik Tok video. Anyway, I got home and the fried rice was hard as rocks, shrimp crisp on outside, raw on the inside and to set it off as if half done food wasn’t enough, I found a black strip of hard plastic in my fried rice. Child, this was a bad end to my busy work day but you know what I will never eat here again. It’s not worth all the stank attitude, long wait, poor service and stank food!! Holla!!

Came into Panda and the domain was down to scrapps and the fresh one was sitting waiting to be placed on the steam table. I told the server I wanted fresh lomain. When he was about to dump the old scraps in with a fresh loaning I said hey wait I don't want that mixed in and serve me some from the fresh bowl. Quick reply to me was oh you're special? I said excuse me what did you say and then he just said oh nothing. I didn't say this but what I was thinking was last time I checked I was a pain customer if you don't want to give me what I want then I'll go elsewhere.

This establishment's consistency varies; your experience may depend on the time of day or night. The broccoli is often cut too large, and the absence of knives poses a challenge. The chow mein tends to be overloaded with onions, surpassing a desirable quantity. During the COVID period, Panda Express discontinued the Sweet and Sour and Teriyaki Sauce that was provided in a convenient manner, citing supply issues. Despite the return to normalcy, the original and favored Sweet and Sour, as well as the Teriyaki Sauce, have not been reintroduced; instead, they now offer smaller packets. This change appears to be a cost-saving measure, resulting in a less satisfying experience for patrons. Personally, I suspect there may have been no intention to bring back the original sauces. I only choose to dine here when faced with extreme hunger and time constraints, as I would prefer alternatives if given the opportunity.

Literally the worst service ever , i don’t know what was with her attitude but from the start once we walked in it was just so awkward took a little long to take our order until they saw other people walk in , then our food portions were so small I had ask her to add more cause it’s ridiculous cause if I’m paying $40 dollars the portions should be decent. Overall worst experience ever by SABRINA !!!

Management here must not be very good. Every time I go in the staff is completely different. The service is sometimes very good and sometimes very bad. Everything is inconsistent including food portions which seem to be getting smaller and smaller. I like sesame chicken. It used to be mostly meat with some green beansNow it's about 50/50 vegetables and meat. This location is closest to me but I will be looking for another one to try to see if it is any better.

Placed an order 2 hours ahead of time to be ready at 6:45, got there at 7 and it hadn't even been started yet. This happens NEARLY every time and is driving me up the wall. What the hell is the point of paying ahead of time if my food isn't here, or I'm told the thing I ordered ahead of time, and paid for, was actually sold to someone else, after it had already been sold. Insane. Just insane.
