There’s always an attitude with the person who receives your payment and gives you food at the window. It’s 10:08pm. I made my order online and I have to wait the long line that wraps around to get my food. What’s the point of ordering online? Very inconvenient

Update: after waiting in line 25min they give me cold food and refuse to replace with fresh food when they’re open until 2am. Very dissatisfied customer here

Well it was packed. By the time i got up the server skipped me and started taking the order of next customer then i said you forgot about me. Then realized after they took care of the orders they called in or online no more kao pao chicken. I told them i will wait. By the time it was almost done the worker offered me a drink. The line was empty. I I will never go back there again the girls were kind. But the food was not as good as 43rd and Bethany.

I went late night to get some dinner and was given almost only half of what I'm supposed to get on one item in the carton. Maybe they were low on to hat item so they shorted my because I was in the drive thru.... Either way very disappointed. I go here a lot and finally I'm saying something.

Got the teriyaki chicken through the drive through. Took a bite and immediately spit it out because it tasted like death. Rotten meat. Not good.

Went through the drive thru & made my order of a bigger plate all orange chicken and fried rice. Then at the window they tell me I have to share my orange chicken & fried rice order with 3 other cars. That I can only have 1 side of orange chicken & 2 other ones.

Today was the worst experience we have had at any location. We placed an order online and within minutes we received a text stating order was ready. When I walked in no order was waiting, cashier ignored me standing next to the register and continued to ring up multiple customers. Several min later, after hearing my displeasure being expressed to my son, the cashier finally asked me if I placed an order online. I explained that I had, we received a text several min ago stating order ready and that I was ignored by him for multiple customers who had not yet even paid for their order as we had. Cashier went looking for the order after ringing up another customer. Theb after looking confused for several min, he began making the order himself. He then walked up sevaral min later and explained, a previous female cashier clicked ready and failed to complete the order. Then he explained we would have to wait 15 min for an entree to be made. I expressed my displeasure with the order handling to the cashier, in front of a supervisor wearing a black shirt who was walking out with another employee but she never apologized and appeared to hear that the order was never made because she looked at the cashier as she walked out. Supervisor did nothing when she came back in the store and continued to bring boxes in from outside for restocking items in store with a other employee. There were several employees seemingly doing nothing and one female chose to speak to a customer with a baby, while completely ignoring me when I first arrived. I will never come back to this location again and others should go elsewhere, due to the incompetence and failure in management to act. I have attached my receipt as proof but it has been partially redacted for privacy. For some reason it showed a long number next to door dash at the bottom (redacted) and you can also see at the bottom of the receipt that the order shows it was ready at 7:49pm. However, we didnt walk out with the order until after 8:08pm as confirmed at the top of the receipt. Partially redacted Text also confirms at 7:49pm the order was marked ready.

We had beef and broccoli, teriyaki chicken bowls, and one chicken egg roll. They fill the bowls with rice or noodles, leaving very little room for the entree. There was very little beef in my beef and broccoli, and the chicken egg roll was cold.

A waste of money, 4 strips of beef, plentiful broccoli and lots of white rice 😡

They did not give me none of the sauces I ordered and the meat was missing from my child's meal. I ordered 3 meals and only got two utensils. I have no intentions to ever go back to this location.

I'm stuck in the drive-thru at midnight for a pick-up order. What a waste of time. There are like ten cars but I have no choice now.

Everytime i order through drive through I ask for White Rice and chow mein and somehow they always give me fried rice. I have an intolerance to egg, so very unpleasant.

My co worker and I waited for the rice to be done ,and once I got it the rice wasn’t cooked right I’m surprised they still keep giving it to the customers like that
