Worst panda ever really bad service

The food was good, Atmosphere was good as well, the service was almost perfect, the first person to start initial order informed me of panda rewards which I'm surprised I never knew about, when I reached the checkout I had to ask about the reward program which could have saved me 20 percent for my order. However the girl was in a hurry and just told me to look it up online and gave me my total also I had to request my sauces because she didn't ask. Other than that very satisfied . I will return this time as a rewards member.

We had delivery in the food was horrible I can't believe how bad Panda was this time I never had such a bad experience my chow mein was just full of bok choy no noodles whatsoever my sweet orange chicken was burnt or supposed to get an order of pepper steak and did not receive it just not a very good experience at all I don't know what happened but yeah and then every time he called a complain you get the run around they're going to do this they're going to do that yeah I know they don't are I should have taking a picture but I didn't threw it away I was so disappointed the food was so just not up to standards I don't know if it was just for that store cuz I've never had a problem on the one on 51st Avenue and Indian School just the one on 43rd Avenue I guess I won't be going back there again

Went to Panda with a fellow coworker for an early dinner. Place was extremely busy, line out the door. 7 employees working the line probably lead to the confusion of me getting the order belonging to the gentleman in line behind me. I wasn't shown the order nor was it voiced back to me before paying.Totally confused but refunded.
Instead of taking out I'll have my lunch there. The walnut shrimp is the best.

So I go in for lunch (11:45) to get my string bean chicken. The place is pretty empty. They have everything out except for the string bean chicken That has not been prepared. I asked how long it's going to take and they say at least 20 minutes.

So I ordered on drive thru and one item on my plate was missing was headed to work so I couldn't come back, took a pic of plate went back and talk to them and they just gave me the Missing item now this is the second time it happens I would really train employees better to double check orders before sending them out.
