I had an absolutely horrible experience at this restaurant. The staff members were incredibly disrespectful, and the service was beyond unacceptable. One of the team members even went so far as to verbally insult me, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, they responded with attitude and hostility.

The entire atmosphere was unpleasant, with rude staff who clearly had no interest in treating customers with basic respect. It was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. No one deserves to be treated this way when simply trying to enjoy a meal. There are plenty of other restaurants where you’ll be valued as a customer—this is definitely not one of them!

Waited forever while watching management flirt with all the female employees food portion was full of fluff hardly any meat which they charge premium for and when I showed them ,they gave me a smaller portion in a box and when I asked about the rest they refused service made me dig through trash for reciept for a refund worst place ever dont waste your lunch hour here you will leave hungry..new staff and management or end up like redlobster across the street..closed

I ordered through doordash @8:30ish pm and paid $103 I called the store as soon as I placed the order talked to the manager to confirm they wouldn't miss any items. I get my order and items were missing this is the second time they don't and the teriyaki BBQ chicken entrée and just tossed the food in the plate ..food was cold and broccoli 🥦 not fully cooked I come into the store the manger drops our.plates in the floor not once but twice and picks it up and used the same plates ! 😡 he seemed stressed out when it wasn't even busy he fixed the food then drops our plates again on the floor and picks them up and puts them in a bag and hands it to my son and walks away! He had no manger skills no customer service at all! He didn't even apologize or nothing! I work in the food industry and this was unacceptable not cooking food all the way to get orders out fast should be brought to district manager or whoever in charge attention!!! Last time I order from this location

Is a diploma required to work here? It seems like nobody READ my order. Every single thing I got in my Uber Eats bag was incorrect. I paid 40$. That’s 4 of your hard worked hours, but let’s not talk about that. I call Uber they blame you, I call you, you blame Uber. A waste of 40$.

I am reading this store one star only because I have to I went to the store at 8:40 PM today. None of the items were fresh. A lot of the items were missing and you had to wait 10 minutes for each thing to be made. I got the string bean chicken, which wasn’t fresh at all and looked like it been sitting there for quite some time, I noticed the worker cheat out of portion because he had some portion in his spoon and then scooped out some of my product and put it back into the wok bowl , I wasn’t aware that I walked into chipotle but apparently I did. If you’re going to sell me product that’s been sitting for a long time that doesn’t look fresh. You should at least give me a discount. That’s the very least you can do but no I had to pay full price on top of waiting extra time in line because they only have one cashier however, they have two cashier stations, this whole company can be better if they had two workers doing cashier and also two workers doing expo but they don’t. The concept is called fast food if I wanted to wait to get my food, I would’ve went to Benihana‘s not infatuating that your remotely at the caliber of Benihana‘s, but just using it as a metaphorical reference , there was a girl in front of me and I noticed the worker that she did me out of portions did not cheat her out of portions so I have two bowls that are not packed when they are supposed to be packed I can assure you that I will not go to panda express ever again it’s funny this is Chinese cuisine but you don’t have a single Chinese employee at any of your locations that makes me question the whole concept of panda express Chinese people don’t want to work there that says a lot about your company. Don’t end up like chipotle where people make you make the product and then say never mind and walk out unless you want your store to lose a lot of product to waste because you want to cheat the people and this is literally happening to chipotle as I write this review, but it could also happen to you The Internet is a very powerful place

If I could give it 0 stars for the attention, I would do it without thinking. The lady who served us called Rosie!! She spoke to us with a lot of attitude, which made me ask her if she was angry? And with great arrogance he ignored my question... and continued with the same attitude. Next he looked at his partner and they started laughing in our faces!!..And to finish it. She left my order until the end. And when I paid for my order I didn't want to let go of the bag. And telling me that that is his attitude. And don't upload the photo I took... because I'm the rude one. It is not fair that one asks for a service and is not well attended to. I have been working in customer service for 18 years. And no matter how many problems one has. You must treat your clients well... so that they leave happy and satisfied. Very apart from respect, respect! If they don't like their job and serving customers they shouldn't be providing services in front of them!! I hope that at least the food is good and hygienic!!..
