Milk costs $40 per gallon here!
The employees here are all so welcoming and great location in central Phoenix. I always order my usual and my salad was made so nice. One of the prettiest nice looking salad with the right amount of size. The only thing is the dining areas are always messy. Thank you to whoever made the salad between pick up time 11:30-Noon. You guys are awesome! Highly recommend!

The treatment of unhoused individuals at this location is deeply concerning and inconsistent with Panera’s founding ethos. Panera’s original “Pay-What-You-Can” cafés were created to support individuals experiencing food insecurity and to foster a culture of dignity and community care. Watching staff and contracted security question customers for receipts and monitor how long they have been seated — in a café designed for lingering, studying, and using Wi-Fi reflects a misunderstanding of both the brand’s history and basic human decency.
As a business owner who values ethical treatment of all people, I find this approach unacceptable. No individual should be regarded as “less than” simply because they lack resources. This conduct does not align with the standards upheld at other Panera locations, and I will be contacting their corporate office to address this discrepancy.

I'm never disappointed in this Panera. If there's a problem the manager is fast to fix it. We ordered dinner on Wednesday, I was suffering from an extremely bad headache and I ordered the wrong thing, my husband went back to the restaurant and explained the situation, he was going to purchase the sandwich I meant to order. The manager gave my husband the half sandwich at no charge. Customer service is just terrific here and that's why we go back time after time.

In general Panera is pretty good and we haven't ever really had too many issues.
This evening my wife was suffering from a migraine headache due to her chemo treatments. We were in the car and she ordered the food on the phone and what she thought she ordered was a chicken salad sandwich but when we got home it was a chicken salad salad.
I returned and explained that she made the error And I would have to place an order for the correct item. Out of compassion for what she's going through, they made her a sandwich at no additional charge. That's outstanding service. See, good things do happen once in awhile.
Thank you for making it a good evening.

I really think this is the most racist Panera bread in America. I’ve been coming to Panera for 10+ years… I always get a double cup because there cups are flimsy. .. so I asked the manger Ricardo for a double cup he said no. I didn’t argue at all, even doe he tried to initiate an argument. The last dollar I spend her. My African American people’s star bucks is right next door….

Ordered a soup and sandwich for delivery. I got a chicken roma Asiago bagel for myself after looking at the ingredients, something I always do since there’s foods I can’t eat. When I got my food, I mistakenly trusted that my food was made correctly and started to eat. After a couple of bites, I questioned why there was a spiciness to it and started inspecting it. I found round pieces of processed pork at the bottom of the sandwich. Pork is something I always avoid because I get sick and/or rashes if I eat it. You should NEVER add anything to a meal that shouldn’t be there.
Dietary restrictions: Would not recommend.

It’s so offensive that there was no one at the register, I used the kiosk, I have to carry my own food and clean my own table and this place has the gall to ask for tips

I recently ordered from Panera online, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. When I opened my sandwich, I found a long strand of hair inside. I reached out to customer service and never received a response. The quality of the food was overshadowed by this hygiene issue. I’ve always enjoyed Panera's food in the past, but this incident has definitely made me hesitant to order from them again in the future.
Delicious Cappuccino!😋☕️ Unfortunately, the cinnamon rolls not so much! Cold and Hard! at least warm up the cinnamon rolls! Good grief!🤦♀️
Went here around 12 on a Friday. They didn't have any soups at all and the dining room was disgusting!!! All the tables had crumbs on them and the floor needed to be vacuumed in the worst way

Food for the money is just okay...tipping options when paying is disturbing ... who gets the tip?...your prices are high enough as it is...you're just being greedy

This location is very busy, the lobby is crowded, and it takes a very long time to get your order. It's best to order online. I waited 25 minutes for a half Mediterranean sandwich and small macaroni and cheese. I had to cancel my order and get back to work. The manager apologized and offered me a free cookie. I will try again but will definitely order online.
