They cut their portions by weight. Soup cup is now their bowl. Grain bowl is half the size it used to be. Showed my office of 20 and all are completely turned off. Great job Panera here to closing your doors!

I will NEVER go to a Panera again!! Today I attempted to place an order to be delivered. I used the PayPal option to pay. My checking account was instantly credited but nothing showed in PayPal and the site would not allowed be to place order. I tried again with same results. I called the store and spoke to David who stated " we have trouble with PayPal " but offered no solution. By this time I realized that my account had been charged 3 times! Basically his reaction was too bad, call customer service. I was left with no food but they had my money.

First time ordering out for delivery and was disappointed. The food was supposed to be here from 11:54- 12:04 pm and was delivered at 12:30..no big deal. However, the text message sent out to me said the food is on its way, but the tracking indicator never updated until the driver was 2 mins from me. After specifically noting where to leave my food at, she left the food at another neighbors apartment. It was an inconvenient not being able to communicate with the driver. Food was cold by then, and the baguette you receive on the side, they literally just threw it in the bag.. no wrap/box for the bread which to me is bizarre and unsanitary. Save yourself the hassle, just order for pick up.

The food was very good and the young lady that too our order did a great job and was very efficient. Coffee was good too. This was breakfast and I had the egg white and avocado sandwich. Very good!!

I've come here a few times and I don't think I've had one good interaction here. Ever. For being in the part of town that they are, they definitely lack great customer service. Numerous times I've stood there for a good 5 minutes waiting to be attended to, while they all giggled and laughed. The food is eh. Would much rather have Jack for sure.
Location on the ground floor of an office building. Has parking in front of the entrance, along with a drive through. The food is pretty much what you would expect from a Panera.

Just waited in this drive-thru for 24 minutes for a sub-par half salad. This location should not have a drive-thru if they can't sort out an efficient way to keep the food and customers moving. Very disappointing.
