I love the broccoli cheddar soup. One issue that I do have is please don't be stingy with the spread you put on the sandwiches. My sandwich had about a quarter teaspoon on both sides of the bread, it didn't cover the whole slices of bread. When I went up to complain and ask for more, I got garlic aioli which completely changed the flavor of my sandwich. Otherwise I have no other issues, the restaurant was very bright and clean and the employees were nice

The lady night manager said she is the full time manager maybe she was upset because she trying to close up as they close at 9 not sure why she became rude and unsettled I was simply calling to say that I didn't receive my half grilled cheese and she said well it's the way that you modify your order you put no cheese and I said okay then what did I pay for and she said the bread and I said okay but I didn't even the bread she became a smart alec which is disrespectful all she had to say was oh yeah I was a mistake you put no American cheese instead she Ridley tried to justify why I didn't get a grilled cheese..but they took my $ n are going to only refund the grill cheese this manager had no audacity or common courtesy.

Went to pick up a take out order that was very large, well over 300$. The lady in the kitchen who claimed to be the kitchen manager started a scene and threatened to have me 'removed by security' simply because I asked if they had paper plates to include on the order. Who does that?

The other manager was nice and apologized to us as we were leaving, but it is never okay to lash out at customers like this.

Huge props to the other workers though for being thorough and throwing in plates/utensils when the kitchen manager wasn't looking.

I have been here twice late in the day and asked for a pastry. Both times I have been told that they do not have any but I could see trays of what I asked for. I don't know why they don't want to sell their products 😕.

As I'm back at office and start eating i realized my half grilled cheese sandwich was definitely not grilled. Pretty disappointed and it obviously don't taste the same.

I ordered a tuna salad sandwich on Saturday. The tuna sandwich was extremely disappointing. My mother and I picked up or order and take it home. She ordered her sandwich and I ordered this tuna with two bowls of soup. I wasn't going to make a stink about it but I didn't eat the sandwich it was just gross in my opinion. I called the store the next day on Sunday and explain to them what happened with the sandwich and now I want to get replaced for a BLT with cheese, avocado on toasted sourdough bread. The manager grilled me and ask me every question imaginable. Basically accused me of trying to get a free sandwich we picked up the order on the way home and my mother used her debit card. The manager even asked me why didn't you bring the old nasty sandwich back in? First of all tuna is extremely potent and it is very hot outside period. There is just no way I could have brought that smelly tuna fish salad sandwich and have it in my car and bring it in. He relented on and said he didn't have proof even though I gave him the name and the time etc he said you only think he could offer me what's 50% offthen I ordered my sandwich and they messed it up again period it's a good thing I looked at my sandwich when I got in the car because I said specifically what I wanted which was a BLT. Not with chicken and all that other stuff he proceeded tell me that I ordered that sandwich when I said not. I have to say the customer service is really poor here they don't treat the customers very well. They treated me like I was some sort of criminal information that they needed. So I came back in here and they make my sandwich again and I really hope someone didn't spit in it because sometimes people get upset. However I was not rude whatsoever. I just wanted my sandwich replaced. We'll see what the salmon taste like when I get home. Overall the customer service people were not attentive or even listening to my order and have the audacity to charge me for another sandwich period I'm a very good customer I'm very low-key period however make realty and grillby about why I didn't bring the sandwich back sooner from yesterday and I stated that I was on my way home from fashion square mall with my mother from shopping. We just wanted to take home our food and eat it. I don't live close by and I wasn't going to make us think about it put the tuna salad sandwich was awful period I explained that I look on the other side of town which is about 4 miles so that is why I did not turn around and come back to the store to ask for another sandwich right away. I felt like I was treated very poorly but good man is here and his associates period as I mentioned I hope they didn't mess with my food. Even though it wasn't my fault I hope you get their managers and employees to be nicer and more considerate to their guest's. Thank you

I almost go there everyday simply because their atmosphere is amazing and friendly. And the food is amazing as well, and the people that worked there are extremely friendly and nice. Definitely, my favorite Panera bread location in Arizona.

Terrible service. Possibly a shift manager completely out of uniform rudely tells me ' I'm an employee' when I was outside at the table after suggesting she didn't have to do the work. Reminds me of my Uncles ex wife. Horrible attitude and even kinda looks like her. 2020. marked the end of anything even closely resembling halfway decent customer service
