My “sister” who waited on me was so happy, exciting and refreshing individual. Her smile continuously showed a robust appreciation for our presence and visit. I will always stopped in again & again because of her and the entire staff as well. The food at this location was just as amazing to which we are accustomed to @ our home Panera in Palm Desert, CA on Monterey. I’m glad to have found another location when we’re away to feel @ home‼️

Do not customize your order at this location. 99.99% of the time they will get it wrong. I asked to sub my salad dressing for another and instead they gave me none? Can’t even count how many times this has happened. They do not pay attention.

I normally like Panera, but had a bad experience last night. I ordered a chicken chipotle avocado sandwich. They were out of the regular bread they use so I chose sourdough. The restaurant was almost empty, but we had to wait a long long time, as the floor was being mopped around us. Someone was confused about how to make my sandwich. The bread was greasy and soggy, fatty chicken and fruit was in the sandwich. It was beyond gross. Especially the almost liquid bread. Didn’t toast at all. I tossed most of the sandwich. 2 thumbs down.

Just ordered an ice tea, and it was self served. The bathrooms have a lock, so you need a pass code to get in. When I went, there were plenty of seats. The store was clean and the workers were friendly.

Panera bread has changed and not for the better Customer service sucks As a former business owner and very successful I would not hire some of those people working there Food quality has changed and they have the nerve to charge you more money for less food on the sandwiches Will never patronize this location or any other location All they care about is making money and for food that has changed drastically and Customer service that should be improved

Haven’t been to Panera in a long time and first time at this location. Service was friendly, however I only gave 3 stars because I had to stand in line to order, pickup my order (Dine in), and clean my table after. Why are you asking for a tip? Idk, but I have one. Didn’t make sense. I remember Panera used to being your Dine In order to your table—correct? Anyway, quality was meh. Wouldn’t really do it again except in a pinch. Price is ok, but for what you get, in my opinion, not worth it. Plenty of parking in the shopping center. Kid friendly. Veg friendly. You may like it. Good location.

I love the broccoli cheddar soup. One issue that I do have is please don't be stingy with the spread you put on the sandwiches. My sandwich had about a quarter teaspoon on both sides of the bread, it didn't cover the whole slices of bread. When I went up to complain and ask for more, I got garlic aioli which completely changed the flavor of my sandwich. Otherwise I have no other issues, the restaurant was very bright and clean and the employees were nice
