I mean, it’s a Panera bread but you basically have to order online and have them take it to your car. This is really inconvenient. If you have all you can sip membership your coffee orders will not turn out the way that you are used to. Because you have to somehow describe exactly how you like your coffee made and expect them to get it done.
Also, you have to order on the app. You can’t walk into the store and speak to a human during most normal business hours. I visited at 9 AM in the morning. This is incredibly frustrating for me.
I understand the need for safety because this area is not the safest and they have a lot of addicts around. But there has to be a better solution than this.
It would also be significantly more convenient if they would the note that only their café is open and that you must order online because almost every other Panera bread in the city has a café. It’s just disappointing.

There's only 2 reasons people continue to order from this Panera or any of the others:
1) convenience of location 2) They haven't discovered Wildflower Bread Co. yet.
I will rejoice if this company goes under, the way they bait n switch on their customers. Year by year they change up for worse ingredients and product and jam it in your face. Too big to fail activities. Trust me. Wildflower Bread Co. is much better quality. Take your money there.

This is not your normal Panera. We are Sip Club members and travel all across the country and stop at Paneras everywhere. We drove across town to work here only to find the dining room is closed even though it's fully functional. The business listing shows tables and indoor dining. If they are going to make you order ahead and not allow you to sit in the restaurant the listing should be quite clear. And should this Panera even exist? It's like no other we have ever visited. Very frustrating.

This location is a joke. It takes more than 10 minutes every time to get your order they have incompetent employees who asked you your order name and then wait another 10 minutes to actually bring you your order I don't even know why this facility is still open they should just shut it down

Complete joke, dining room is closed!!!!! If you do take out must be $5 minimum for curbside. Sip club member and I bring my own cup instead of wasting countless plastic cups throughout the day. Never had an issue but this Panera makes me use their cup to dump the tea into my tumbler. Such a waste!

we were literally in the drive-through for almost 30 minutes and they still didn’t get our order right , and when they finally brought out our food, they didn’t apologize for the wait. We were the only car in the drive-through.
