I love Panera Breads tuna sandwich. So much so that I often add and pay for extra tuna. But, the last two times I ordered, not only didn't I get extra tuna, I didn't even get the standard portion. I literally got bread, cheese, lettuce, and a very light layer of tuna for a substantial upcharge. I live about 15 minutes away, but I turned back around and showed the manager who was very apologetic and remade my sandwich without delay, which I appreciate. But, I just want to stress that it's important for the sandwich makers to READ THE TICKET and not short change customers who pay a premium for what they ordered.

I kinda go overboard but this is where I treat myself. No stomach or intestinal issues ever(IBS) . It’s absolutely my safe place to order food. I always feel better the day of and next day after eating here. Food is fresh and safe

I ordered food and missed the name frame because I helping my son at his kiosk and I could hear staff talking bad about who does that etc while I was walking up to get my food. I advised the young girl the reason and she proceeded to cuss about it as I was walking away. Really unprofessional and an uncomfortable experience for a place that I'm suppose to trust to make my food.

Nice clean establishment with friendly efficient staff. Food was excellent as I had the half sandwich and soup option with half price dessert (taste is subjective, of course). There were table and booth options and there was 8 of us and they had a table of 8 set up! The only slight drawback.and you should be aware that is relatively expensive for a "sandwich shop". It was $38.54 for 2 of us with drinks.

Panera has a great vibe both staff and patrons. I go here on the daily as part of the sippers club.... or if my wife needs a cookie more than me🤪

I have been frequenting this Panera for about 6 months every once in awhile me and my boyfriend go out to lunch here and usually have a great experience... Not this time. As for this time no sooner than I walk in the door at about 1145am, somebody is being rude to me telling me that I can't use the restroom to freshen up for my date. that I have to purchase something, she was very rude and short when she talked to me. (Side note: on my way into Panera I had picked up a bunch of trash that the local homeless had left behind , you know helping my community look better, so I was sticky on top of being sweaty from it being hot outside) My date was running late and at around 1245pm not 1, no. Not 2, but 3 employees, back to back Approach me and tell me that have to leave because I haven't purchased anything. I mean who buys something before qqtheir date gets there?? (Especially if he's paying LOL.) So basically on top of being hot sweaty and sticky, I left Panera hot sweaty sticky embarrassed and annoyed. The manager Kim, it's not a very good example for her employees.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Panera location. One of the managers showed a complete lack of respect and professionalism when I confronted her about her crooked parking job. Her poor parking made it incredibly difficult for me to load my son into the car. Instead of addressing the issue or offering to fix her parking, she rudely dismissed me and blamed me, even though the video evidence clearly shows otherwise. Her attitude was unnecessarily hostile and disrespectful. As a manager, she should set an example of courtesy and professionalism, but her behavior fell far below that standard. I would think twice about returning to a place with such unprofessional staff

Great experience overall. Not best location but okay during the day. Wife and I each had the "Pick 2" deal of soup & sandwich with chips. I had baked potato soup & wife had broccoli cheese soup. Both were very good. I had BBQ chicken sandwich & wife had turkey bacon avocado sandwich. Again, both were very good. Food was ready quicker than I expected for how busy it was.

Coffee is always out so if stopping on your way to work or something heads up it’s usually 7-8 minutes for them to brew it.
