I’m not sure how Panera stays in business. Their employees don’t give a crap about their work or customers.

Luckily, the Autumn Squash soup is so good so I keep going back, but the staff is hard to deal with.

This location was one of the worst. They ran out of French bread (at 6pm on a Thursday). I asked for a piece of break with my soup. They said they were out of break, while the entire shelf behind the employee was full of bread. I asked to have a different type of bread since French bread was incredibly out of stock. Employee said no. I asked to speak to the manager. Manager wouldn’t talk to me. She sent the employee back to say she approved my request, but only this one time.
So I got a piece of sourdough, which was great.

Hilarious that they couldn’t do this for a loyal customer without having to be asked and begged.

Food is OK. But the staff at Panera Bread is terrible.

Good luck going into bankruptcy.

The U pick 2 I received, dazzled every taste bud it touched. It wasn’t just a meal — it was a revelation. The salad was SO fresh, like the Prince from Bel-Air. It was so nutritious, like an entire food pyramid. Each juicy tomato bursting in my mouth combined with the kalamata olives, crispy multiple leaf lettuce, cucumbers, and grains danced on my palate. The dipper was tasty beyond measure. More than a dipper and salad; this catalyst transformed the trajectory of my well being, guiding me on my path filled with vitality. The sourdough french baguette piece didn’t just feed me, it changed my life with each chew. Thank you, Panera🥗💪🏽

This is the absolute worst Panera Bread ever. We have given them the benefit of the doubt now three times, shame on us right! My wife drives through on her way home from work and 3 out of the last three times they have left out part of the order. I have called and the only way for them to fix it is for us to come back because we “used the drive thru”. Absolutely ridiculous. How is it that hard to get an order correct? The quality is mediocre at best and the service is horrendous. We will never go back.

For the love of god, read these reviews before ordering at this location. Orders are frequently wrong and missing items with wrong modifications. You guys really can’t read no lettuce? Manager Kim is beyond rude, I feel so bad for her staff. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

I did an online drive thru order for 245pm. I usually do not have issues with this location. I came at 2:33pm thinking it would be okay and they said I was to early because they hadn't received the order however I placed it 1:44pm and when I confirmed what time I selected they said 245pm. So you're telling me you havent recieved my order but you're telling me the time I selected? That means you recieved my order. So apparently they can't make my order while im about 10 minutes early with no cars in drive thru and lobby not busy? And yet my order was ready at 2:40pm. Not satisfied with service today

The Asian manager at this location is absolutely horrendous. She does not smile at all and is incredibly rude to her staff the way she speaks to them behind the counter I can hear it all the way from my table. Her attitude is horrible. I feel so bad for her children if she anyone would even consider laying down with her. Please get a new manager the atmosphere is tense once you walk in the store.

I placed an online order. I needed to change my pick up time and went to the app to adjust it. In the app it said ASAP instead of the time I had selected. I arrived and was told my order was not ready yet and would need to wait. I proceeded to wait and wait and wait. I was finally notified I could pick up my order…after waiting for 30 minutes (my original pick up time). If it takes 30 minutes to put together a salad, someone is incompetent. If they made me wait because I showed up early…their customer service is extremely lacking. Either way, I would avoid this location.
