I eat at Panera religiously. This location is by far the worst. This is the only location that water taste terrible. The wait time is always bad but today was 15-20 minutes longer than normal. Everything bagged Togo when not wanted.... I hate to give a bad review but maybe a manager will see this and look into whoever is running the place.

I had a great experience at Panera. I ordered the “You Pick Two” with a half salad and half sandwich, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The portions were just right and really satisfying without being too heavy. Service was quick, and the food came out exactly as expected. Definitely a reliable spot for a tasty and wholesome meal!

They Don’t care at all about quality of food coming out. Ordered the toasted garden caprese. It was missing the arugula, missing the balsamic vinaigrette, had a smidegon of mozzarella. You can see a picture of what it should look like next to the sandwich I got. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.

Ordered an avocado toast and there was barely any thing on the bread and the bread wasn’t event toasted. It was soggy. Very disappointed! I have gone to many other Panera Breads and had this exact toast and it’s amazing. This was not worth my money from this location and it’s very disappointing. The girl behind the counter was more focused on talking about her personal life than making my order when I was the only customer.

Poor service, went here for soft. drink here as I have the sip club membership but the machine has some issue and a week later went again since it’s the only location around 10 miles and still they didn’t fix it.
