Panera bread in Norterra is one cool place, super polite and smiling staff!! Garrett the mgr is a 1st class guy and Veadah is awesome lady. Thank you guys for your hard work

Wanted to say Thank You for being a good manager to Heather. Had a little bit of a problem with our order that was a little irritating but Heather was fast and friendly about fixing it. 🙌🏽🏆Besides that our food was very fresh and delicious. Totally recommend them. 😊

Staff was inattentive. Iced tea container was empty. Floors were covered with napkins and water. Not one employee see med interested in working.

Bathroom was in desperate need of cleaning as well.

They all looked disheveled

Disappointed and glad we were just getting drinks. But as mentioned, stations were messy and urns were empty.

Late Morhers Day Celabratory lunch. Competent friendly server. Great fresh salads. Everything was clean. Our server was ending his day. The bartender seamlessly attended to our table for an after lunch cocktail. Thank you, Panera. We will be back and definitely would recommend to others! 🙏🙂

two problems the staff not that friendly and the place was not that clean. There was food on the floor and tables. The bathroom was also a mess.

I got the most delicious cheddar and broccoli soup, and the Greek salad is absolutely amazing

I'm really disappointed in Panera bread. What the heck is going on? Seems the manager is the only one working. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Only one cashier. Then she left to get the manager. Then the manager left to the kitchen. Then had to wait 30 minutes as online orders and door dash people were priority over dine in. Only if you complained did you get served. Disappointed in the volume of a bowl of soup. Volumetrically, it appears to be the same as a cup. Nobody bussing tables. Manager working her tail off in kitchen. Instead of training more staff. If no one applies that has mental capacity, then pay more. Widen the net of potential employees.

The food was good and the servers were friendly. It appears the restaurant is doing better. Food and service was kind of lacking several months ago.
