Definitely one of my favorite local sandwich shops in the valley. Panera Breads always does it right. I’ve noticed this particular location in Paradise Valley off of Cactus Road the customer service is stupendous from my observations especially since I’ve been there multiple times. Today I got one of my favorites. The full size Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich with extra greens and a bowl of Cheddar Cheese Broccoli soup. It was absolutely delicious.

Although the food was good, the service was bad. Kayla and Corina have terrible attitudes. Very short with us - zero personality and compassion. It absolutely got my day off to the wrong start because they were rude to my parents. They had no patience for them not understanding the menu and things like that. Didn’t tell us to have a good day back or anything. They shouldn’t work at the registers with those horrid demeanors. Shoutout to Lupe though. She’s a light! So sweet.

Panera has really gone down hill. I was super sick so wanted just a simple order and realized they updated their pricing to outrageous and skimp on quality. Avoid them! Not worth it. I added the chicken salad sandwich photo and it was a laugh.

the drive through here is atrocious. extremely long wait times no matter the time of day. 15+ minutes in the drive through for a bagel and a breakfast sandwich.

I had a disappointing experience at this Panera Bread location. The service I received from one of the employees, Ariel Rieken, did not meet the usual Panera standards. My order was handled poorly, and my concerns weren’t addressed in a professional manner. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and customer service.

I hate to give any place 1 star but my drive through experience was the pits in terms of customer service. Young lady at the drive through acted like I was an inconvenience, was un-friendly and pushed the food aggressively in my hands. Called the store and talked with Carla the manager and asked that she works with her teams customer service and was dismissed. I expect better from some place that charges $17 for Mac and Cheese and a drink. Oh and they got my order wrong....driving back now.

This place is messed up had to wait on drive thru while I keep hearing their laughing joking and ignoring customers then I order sandwich chipotle chicken avocado melt !!! But what I got is totally different sandwich that I don’t know what it is ! I have to mention I have allergy to bacon ! And there is a bacon in the sandwich they gave me !!!What is wrong with this people who working here never ever again going back this is not first time and am sure won’t be last time 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
We enjoy comming to Panera, it's fresh and always delicious, But we must tell u about the last couple times including today. This beautiful lady Ms Nikki is 5 stars. Full of smiles and super attentive, and always cleaning my God, definitely a keeper, Thank You!

We regularly come here it is my favorite location, today I met an amazing lady Ms Nikki, she was ripping and running around, still made time to check on the Wife and myself, take our plates and even offer us refills!! Best service in AZ handsdown, thanks Nikki.
