In general this is a great place. A quiet place for a morning coffee & read the news. Just not today. Female staff members yelling at one another for a long time. Made this visit unpleasant.

The cashier was not friendly at all, I felt like invisible. The minute I paid, she left the area immediately. I would have liked to buy some bagles. My breakfast sandwich egg, sausage, and cheese on a croissant was so greasy that I took a couple of bites and just couldn't eat the rest. The coffee and orange scone GREAT.
They kept skipping my order, and I've been there waiting for my then 20 minutes. I want a solution the next time i go..

Update: I had taken a break from Panera due to my orders being wrong multiple times. Decided to order breakfast this morning 1/19/25 from my usual location on Cactus Rd. I ordered a plain bagel, not sliced, not toasted with cream cheese on the side. I wasn't planning on eating it right away and when I did go to eat it about 15 minutes later there is a sliced partially toasted bagel which was cold now. No cream cheese. Funny thing is I had debated between Panera and Einstein's. Previously post: I realize the Cactus Rd location hasn't been open that long so hopefully it gets better. I was so excited but so far not impressed. I have no real complaint about the food it's the rest. I ordered online earlier today. 3rd time they didn't include the extra roll I ordered. It was caught by me last time but I didn't check today. The person who usually checks the orders and puts them on the shelf wasn't there. My name was called but I waited a minute then realized I had to get it. Maybe if they paid attention to what they are doing. My last visit I thought they were very unprofessional.

Freeze dried apples in the oatmeal. No reason to not have strawberries, but if not, at least cut up some apple. As for service, they don't even acknowledge you when they see you, let alone ask if you need anything.
