I ordered on Friday night delivery...never received! Called on Sunday...$$ was sposed to be refunded. But never was! It's now Wednesday night...no one snwers phone.....still no retirn of my money ! BTW...they gave me a dried up small baguette b4 & 24 cup if tomatoe slup when i ordered sandwhiches, salsds, soup & mac & cheese for 2! Is this place incompetant or SCAMMERS!!! Calling corporate tomorrow!!!!!

I agree with some of the others, arrived just after 7 and there are homeless camped out by the bathroom and walking around looking for freebies... I told my wife we were getting a free bakery treat and one homeless gentleman interrupted us and said he loves those... we mentioned this to a Manager, nothing was done, instead told he was a regular, yet all of us patrons are sitting up near the front... we may try another location next time...

Terrible service, they always take the order wrong, I think it takes a lot of intelligence to take an order, I think?
Stood in the front waiting for more than 5 mins before we had to get someone to come take our order. Nobody that was working smiled or had good customer service (Normally the service is better) store was also a little more dirty than normal.

I’ve been coming to this location since they opened on a regular basis sometimes more than twice a week. Occasionally things incorrect when u go through the drive-through. I also suggest when you order something that comes with a baguette instead of just throwing it in a sack and God knows where that sack has been ….you need to put it in some thing that protects the bread from germs from the bag. your staff a lot of the times are not very helpful and not wanting to help when you go inside and you’re always sending your members emails giving various discounts i.e. spend $5 and get 50% off or get an entrée for free or or half off a salad, etc. and they are never aware of any of these discounts ….they make you dig through your cell phone to find the email which sometimes is very challenging. Today I purchased a cheese soufflé and a cinnamon roll and coffee for $15 and told them there was something about 50% off sandwich or salad and I was going to get that to go, but they did not know anything about it and would not check around to figure it out. I sat down to eat my food ….found on my emails and it was good until the end of August. if you’re going to have a specials and discounts, maybe you should print them off and put them up at the register so your staff know what they are instead of arguing with you about it only to find out simply not informed. please get it together so I can continue enjoying this establishment!! or if you’re donot honor your specials and discounts that you send to your members then at least give the members that are seniors a senior discounts….. we don’t live on unlimited income.

We arrived at 7:05 pm, website shows they close at 9:00. They were out of ingredients for many of the items we tried to order. It took a while to find something we liked that they had all of the ingredients to be able to make it properly. They were completely out of bakery items too. We noticed that the tables that are typically in the front with bakery items were not there and thought that was strange. There was only 1 gi preparing all of the food. We got to the drink station and they were completely out of lemonade and iced teas. We started to get the impression that possibly this location might be closing???
