I would like to give 3.5 stars. We come here every Sunday for the soup. That's it. Nothing else is impressive about this place. And the drinking machine is always broken. Never have I ever experienced this so much. It's annoying. I bring my own with me now.
Morning crew customer service is absolutely awful.I pre placed an order for coffee via Drive Thru on the app. Hoping to scoot in grab my coffee and go.I got the notice my order was ready. I get there and the drive thru was blocked off. (This was an hour after they opened).I went inside - nobody at the counter. No one any where to be seen to help. I waited a little while then resorted to having to yell Hello over and over again for someone to come to the counter.The woman who came to the counter was absolutely no help. I told her I placed an order for drive thru pickup and it was blocked. She said she knew. (No apology). Never asked for my order info and told me my order would be at the window. I was confused what she meant since the drive thru was blocked off. She got irritated with me and very curtly told me to go to the window. I was still confused because she said she knew the Drive thru was blocked and made no attempt to say they would unblock it. She never made a single attempt to get my name to give me my order which was supposed to be ready. Turns out she meant the Rapid Pick Up Window. I walk over there, no order.Go back to the registers, nobody there again.I finally got a line worker prepping food thru the Rapid Pick up window to at least give me a coffee cup and was able to get my own coffee.Saw the manager on the way out, tried to tell her what happened. She didn't seem to care either. Made excuses for the woman who didn't help me. She didn't care that my order wasn't ready. Only gave excuses, never said she would work to correct the issue. No apology either.I am still astonished that nobody cared that an order that was supposed to be ready, was not and that not only was there no one to help me, even the manager did no care.Truly an awful experience. I will not be going to this location for any "Rapid" AM orders - they don't care. Go to McDonalds across the street. At least they care if orders get filled. The afternoon crew is always pleasant and is far more focused on serving customers.

So, I got a pick 2 for dinner tonight. My side Caesar was so tiny, it's absolutely ridiculous. With what Panera charges for food I will not be coming back.
