Eh, portion sizes were good so appreciate that. But I just got a plain bean and cheese and the cheese wasn't even melted? Would have just taken a minute more to warm it up properly.

I'm coming to this place for a while usually love it but I ordered last night and ended up with severe food poisoning I don't know what they forgot to clean something was definitely not clean also going into the establishment there was a fingernail left on the table quite gross

Ordered 50 plus dollars worth of food. When I started eating my carne asada fries I noticed half way through that there was a piece of toothpick in my food. Disgusted I threw the food away and called the establishment to let them know what happened. The First time I called and let him know what happened he did not have a resolution for my issue with the food. He said they were about to close and didn't offer any other compensation/remake for the food. The second time I called he wanted me to bring the food, piece of toothpick, and the receipt . I let him know that I threw the food away and that the toothpick could have caused real damage if eaten. After all that he said with out the food he could do nothing for me and hung up the phone. I have been a customer for over 5 years and that unfortunately has changed due to the way I was treated and basically saying I am not telling the truth. I do not recommend eating here and they also need to be more professional with handling issues like this with long time customers.

My friend and I had always wanted to try Papa Chevo's on Ray Rd. We ended up being quite disappointed. Upon walking in, we were were greeted with a strong smell of cleaning spray. My friend ordered the chicken street taco meal and I ordered the regular chicken taco meal. The street tacos were so over-salted, the other flavors were lost. The beans were also way over-salted. The shredded chicken in my tacos was dry and flavorless. And even worse, there was a hair in in one of my tacos. We both agree the rice was decent.
