As of like we have had nothing but problems with each of our orders! Tonight, we ordered the two Pizza special with the $3 up charge to make both pizzas extra large when the pizzas arrived one was extra large and the other was still a regular large so essentially we paid for nothing our last order we had no sauce on the pizza and we were insured by a young lady by the name of Jasmine that we would have our pizzas replaced yet this week they have no record of it
I'd be very careful ordering from this place!

Drivers deliveries, people ordering and carrying out don’t waste your time. I came to pick up an order that they said it was ready only to be told that’s gonna be at least 10 minutes. There’s absolutely no reason that this kind of stuff needs to be happening with this location over and over and over. These companies need to start getting fined or charged extra for wasting peoples time. I’m warning you so that you understand that as a customer, they don’t care once they got your money. Hopefully this saves someone else some frustration because I’m so done with this place.

Tatiyana needs a promotion, raise, etc. Something! A couple weeks ago I went in and had some trouble with a gift card I had gotten from a friend. A gift card for Papa John's. She helped me with everything and explained everything. She was very kind, full of information, and patient! I hadn't been to Papa John's in years. But that interaction with her really made my day. I got to eat some delicious food because of it. Oh I do wanna say she helped me figure out the menu and got me a good deal too! I hadn't looked at Papa John's menu in years. It's employees like her that make going out to eat worthwhile. It's about more than just the food. It's about that wonderful interaction you have when you go out to eat. This was a wonderful interaction.

I’ve ordered a lot from this location. Sometimes weekly. The last pizza I ordered from them last night was very high quality. I was shocked how good it was. I ordered the takeout pepperoni with stuffed crust. It also looked really good.

Been waiting on my order for 2 hours. I called twice because the driver keeps getting changed and then they tell me that my pizza was actually forgotten. So I wanted to cancel at this point. What makes them think we I want to eat food that has been sitting for 2 hours. Oh, wait they forgot the pizza so it was actually just wings and cheesy bread that would have been delivered smh. They said they would make my order again and have it delivered but I still have to pay for it. So what makes them think it wouldn’t take another 2hours and forget something again. Also the lady who answered was rude. Just hung up on me. Then they tell me I have to cancel through door dash when I had ordered through them. So now not only will my family have to eat a late dinner but we will have to wait 3-5 days for the refund.

October 31st, noonish, 2025, maybe they're understaffed, maybe they're overloaded, that does not give them the right to be overly aggressively rude . they were very late and they were very rude. Two girls and a man that should have been helping. I won't go into details but it's a nasty place

Horrible manager! I placed a large order for my job, like I often. The order was not accurate. I called and spoke to the manager who claimed his name was Joe. He was rude, confrontational and told me it was my fault the order was not correct. He kept talking over me and was very disrespectful. I tried to continue to speak calmly then he told me he had pizza coming out and hung up on me! I can guarantee that I will not use this location for any future orders! What a poor, disgraceful representation of "manager" and Papa Johns!
