Consistent, fast, always good, and better than getting two burgers and fries for the same price. We love the garlic epic stuffed crust! Even delivery is very fast. Almost too fast! Always friendly people. Never had an issue , and I've been ordering at this location pretty much once a week or every other week for more than 2 years . They even know who I am when I come in for carryout. Best pizza in town. Hands down.

I ordered my food by phone never received my order. Called the restaurant they said there was nothing they could do but refund me the money that was ordered never received a refund!! Not acceptable!!!!

This is the best place for pizza the people are nice they overcooked one pizza buts replaced and delivered for free knowing I didn't have a way to pick it's up they people are very nice in all the 20 years this is the best place

So when I got my first order, it was not correct. I had my brother call because I couldn’t talk at the time and they offered me a free pizza redo at the same day or at a later date. I chose a later date because we already had the pizza there and we’re not ones to waste food, so I just called in today and they tried charging me for the replacement. They do not hold to their promises so I will not go to this Papa John’s again. Papa John’s has always been a staple in my life. It was one of the few pizza joints that I would eat at with my late grandmother. we were always giving good service and that is why I’ve always chosen Papa John’s.

So I placed an order for delivery with “leave at my door” and the delivery guy still decided to knock. Apparently my signature was needed but the more I think about it, it was just his way of asking for a tip. Which is fine but it was a day shy of payday so I was strapped for cash. Once he looked at the receipt after I signed it and saw no tip (which obviously that was the first thing he looked at) he immediately asked “would you like to tip your driver?” in which I felt obligated so I clearly wrote $3 (mind you I was strapped for cash) in the tip section and when I got the receipt for that the next day my tip was altered to $5. That just made me feel so uneasy. Check your receipts closely!

Ordered by phone link on Google maps to make my call to order 2 pizzas. Gave a credit card number to pay for it. However I got an Uber Eats receipt for my order by email. I called manager there at Papa John Pizza and told him order was inedible because pizzas were overcooked and burned. Manager told me he’d refund my credit card and it would take 3 days or more. I never got a refund and Uber Eats says I have account with Uber Eats now. I don’t use Uber at all or have an Uber Eats account. Today I went to the store and manager to show receipts from Uber Eats and from Discover. He says his store can’t refund me and try Uber Eats. I never expected a Google Maps link for a phone call to the store became an Uber Eats account. Very disappointing.

Please don’t order pizza from papa John at 4840 N 83rd Ave phx Az. Andrew charged me $16.99 for one large pizza normally is nine dollar with a discount, and when I pick up my pizza I asked for plate Andrew said we don’t have a plate and his coworker told him right there. He said we running out of plate . I placed another order by phone at same location one large pizza was $8.49 and I asked the guy Price different he said is the same price when you order by phone or at the store. Not only Andrew is charging people double price for one pizza but he’s also racist.
The worst pizza ever! $50 down the drain. As soon as I got there the guy at the cashier said they were closed. And when I was about to leave, he was just kidding I should’ve known then it was gonna be a bad experience. Do not come here.

I live on 107th ave and camelback , wife called to place a delivery order to our closest papa johns thats maybe 10 minutes away, she was declined delivery service was told they dont deliver to our area. It being the closest store i would of thought they wanted our buisness.

Ordered pizza, wings, online. At 1hr began checking app, called store and call recording, as well as calling store all said pizza was out being delivered. 2hrs later no pizza. Call store I'm told there was no apt number order been canceled. Driver couldn't reach you! I look at my profile it shows bldg number, apt number, gate code, bldg information. He says well it wasn't on receipt. How is that my fault. I expect their receipts to print correctly. This happen last time as well. Fix your system and don't blame me!
