The app is writing checks the employees can't keep up with. App said pickup order would be ready in 15 min, we then waited in the store with 7 other orders for 20+ more minutes. Just tell me they need 35+ min. This is a corporate problem. The employees were still greeting everyone that walked in, and they were hustling to crank out orders. This was not their fault. But it was still hot and crowded, and there is only seating for 4 people.

Food was late to be made, staff were rude about making it. Staff wouldn’t accept a coupon from my child’a school for student of the month, and were rude about that as well. Quality of the food was terrible, flat doughy pizza, that honestly kind of tasted like nothing. Times are tough and money is tight, I wouldn’t recommend wasting it here.

Waited over an hour for my pizza the other day. Had to come back twice. Seems like I wasn’t the only one either. So one of 2 things either this is the go too spot (which I doubt) or they need more workers. Figure it out Papa John’s
