Wings were horrible. They were frozen chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce drizzled over. Would never order from here again. I actually want a refund.

I will not order here again the meat balls are not supposed to be spicy after the Uber delivery the meat ball papadia I had was hard as could be on just the edges and super spicy like I couldn't eat it at all and got sick I can't handle spice n these are not spicy back east and you could at least say there spicy that way us who can not eat spice know and us who eat these made correctly with no spice know these are not like they are supposed to be will be calling in the morning

don’t come to this location it is horrible, put in a order for a papadia and went to pick up my food at the time listed on the app, when i went to pick up my order they stated that they didn’t even put it in the oven yet, horrible customer service when i went back to my car and checked the app the order was marked as ready, don’t make a item as ready if it is not. not worth the one star

It is amazing how they think a teaspoon of buffalo sauce is enough for 24 wings! I get it, times are tough and everyone is struggling to make ends meet. But, if you advertise them as buffalo wings then put some sauce on at least half of them. More would be better but you gotta crawl before you can walk. You sent me the La Croix of poultry! You know, the soda that tastes like it it was made while someone nearby whispered "strawberry". I think the cook who made my wings said "hey boss, we are almost out of buffalo sauce. Should I go get more?" to which the boss replied "of course not, just put the last 4 drops on those wings and send it out! This is Papa John's, if they wanted higher quality, they should have gone to Little Caesars!" And no, I'm not saying Little Caesars is good. I feel like I have to explain this last part just so the people at Papa Johns can understand. Little Caesars is widely considered the lowest of the low when it comes to Pizza. So yes, this was an insult. You are devastated.
The best delivery drivers….I order frequently and if this location ever goes to door dash I will not order again…very poor door dash experiences…I order from papa johns because I want to support papa johns drivers…not door dash

I love Papa John's but this experience really left me no choice but giving a bad review . The pizza was supposed to be here at quarter till 9:00 at 9:20 we still hadn't gotten it. I called they said oh the driver just came back we can send him with it. I asked is it going to be more hot and they said oh yeah yeah it's hot it's fresh well it wasn't fresh and it wasn't hot it didn't just come out of the oven it had been out of the oven for at least 30 minutes because it was ice cold now I haven't called them back cuz I called them once and he told me it was going to be hot and blah blah but you know lying to customers and taking that long when it says on the internet it's not that busy right now and he tells me they're backed up it should have been a hot pizza if they were backed up unless they just don't have enough drivers I don't know what the case is I don't care my pizza was cold that's all I know and I love Papa John's but with pizza like that paying as much as we do I'm not sure it's worth it.

Ordered a large thin crust "works" pizza. Was very disappointed at the amount of toppings and large area towards the edges had no toppings. I normally order from Dominos. Way better value on a large thin crust "extravaganza"! Less money and probably 3 times the toppings.So disappointed!!!
