Ordered delivery. Didn’t get my 2 liter soda and the driver didn’t bring change even when I made a note to get change. I paid $50 for an incomplete order and a mediocre pizza. I will not order papa John’s again.

This location does not have any in House delivery drivers, all deliveries are made by door dash. I placed an order and tipped the first time, and received a pizza that looks like it's been sat on and left on the ground. Second time the driver must been in a hurry cause my pizza was smashed and sliced turned over. If you order here please pick it up.
I’m giving 5 stars because the poor girl working tonight all by herself is amazing. I feel so bad for her. There needs to be more than one person here!!! A guy came in and ordered 6 pizzas then 3 more people came in. There needs to be more workers at night not just one person.

Ordered a pizza had Hugh bubbles on it one slice no toppings just bubble bread ask the guy if I could have it replaced he said no that's how all the pizza bakes up. Definitely not the case I have had many pizzas without Hugh bubbles on them with no toppings, just a poor excuse for service, food and employee I definitely won't return I don't recommend u visit this poor papa johns restaurant that clearly doesn't take pride in there pizzas or customers

Ordered a pizza through the app. I requested well done square cut. I currently have Covid and was certainly looking forward to that pizza. When it arrived, it was triangle cut and soggy. I tried to call the store to get it fixed, but no one ever picked up after 30 minutes so I drove to the store. And threw it at the manager and asked him to refund my money. I also told him I had Covid and he said I shouldn’t have come in. And I said you should’ve answered your phone.

Made an online order thru the papa John’s app, took an hour to get it delivered but I never received it while the app says it was delivered thru door dash and not the papa John’s app. I tried calling the store to get a refund and took 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone.
