Made an online order thru the papa John’s app, took an hour to get it delivered but I never received it while the app says it was delivered thru door dash and not the papa John’s app. I tried calling the store to get a refund and took 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone.

Placed an order at 8:50, 50 minutes later called in and the automated system told me it was cancelled. I selected the option to talk to the store and nobody answered. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere in the evenings.

Pizza's were ready when I arrived before my requested time. Just by a few minutes. I had to spend several minutes paying with some egift cards though. They didn't have a working scanner, and I had to type in each card separately. It could have been fast and convenient, but....

Super disappointed they still don’t have a vegan cheese option in this country! Seems like Papa John’s in other countries offers vegan cheese and vegan meat options. Also the crust and sauce seem worse than it did a few years ago. Somehow strangely bitter.

The workers in the store were nice, I feel I have to give that credit before I complain about all the reasons I will never order from here again.1. I ordered the new garlic stuffed crust. I understand they use garlic butter on the crust which made it soggy, there is no excuse for my dough or the whole pizza to be soggy.2. My pizza had 1 cut through it, and it did not even span the length of the whole pizza, but only half of it(photo attached)3. I added an extra garlic butter which costs 75 cents, when I opened the box I see 1 garlic butter already opened and leaking in the box4. Literally have had better frozen pizza, or from pizza places that charge half what I paid.I highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. I am extremely frustrated having to throw away a whole pizza.

Even papa john’s website has the hours wrong. Be wary of ordering late at night. Store was closed for an hour, but the website will happily take your order, charge your card, and then someone will call you an hour later saying your order is cancelled.Just don’t waste your time.
