Usually this location is on point but it's become a scam lately. No diet soda available AND they couldnt do anything to remove the item before i paid. Forced to get a $4 2-liter that I didn't want. Easier to do a bank charge-back then receive bare minimum service.

I placed an online order for two pizzas on 8/1/24. I was tracking my order on Papa John's website and even received a text message that they were ready for pickup. I headed to the store at 6:58pm. I was told by Papa John's staff that my pizzas were still in the oven and will be ready in 5 minutes.

To my surprise, I had to wait for 20 minutes for two pizzas, which I eventually received at 7:18 pm. I am pretty sure this type of service is unacceptable. I only decided to let the management know because this is not the first time it has happened. I would prefer if the system didn't alert me that my order was ready instead of wasting my 20 minutes waiting in the store.

Otherwise, what's the point of placing orders online? All I want is to speed up the service at this location, which I noticed is understaffed on several occasions.

Do not order here bruh?. The last time I came there was only one visible employee and the pizza was alright I guess, they gave me some of the smallest slices I've seen in my life. (Chips are from a different place)

Today I sat in the store to wait for my carryout order. The woman working tonight 07/14/2024 635pm and I quote "I am tired of this Trump shooting (explicit), only if they had a better shooter..."
I don't care what side of the political spectrum you're on but that is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say out loud while customers are waiting inside the lobby.

Every single time I order from this location they either given my order to someone else or haven't even started it when the tracker says it was ready for pick up. I ordered at 5 and by 6:30 they said it'll be 10 more mins & than they're whispering to each other because they made the pizza completely wrong. They did offer to remake it but I'm not sitting another hour and half for a new pizza. I was given refund however this place needs better management because it is not that difficult to make a pizza in a timely manner.

Ordered at 5:26. Delivered at 7:04. It was cold. Can’t even call the location to speak to anyone. They don’t even answer the phone. If you like you wait about 2 hours for cold pizza, this is your place!
