The app changed it auto defaults to a nasty papadilla. Tried changing it basically got told to kick rocks lol I’m more mad that i pay for it should of just walked out

I got a delivery and pizzas were dry. Also, order additional sauces at 75 cents a piece and they didn't come with the meal, which isn't a big deal but stayed on hold for over 20 minutes when I called the store with no answer. This is the 3rd time from this store I haven't gotten what I delivered and the food came out subpar, and the fact that they don't answer the phone makes it worse to get a refund. Overall the store deserves less than 3 stars as a rating

In process of moving. Put old address in by mistake. Called this location to cancel order. Was on hold for 12 min. Finally contacted corporate #. He was extremely helpful. Brian in corporate told me that he would contact the store and have them cancel order. He too was on hold and could not get through to store. He did however cancel our order for us. This location only has a rating of 3 stars. I can now see why.

Placed an online order and entered my correct address. The delivery driver calls me and says the address is a wrong address and can’t find it. A few moments later the app says that my order had been delivered, when it never was delivered. Tried contacting the store. Was on hold for 20 min and no one ever picked up the phone.

Pizza was bomb! Haven't had PPJ's in a while and they did not disappoint. Even gave me a 15% discount. Thank you.

Does Papa John’s not have their own delivery drivers anymore?? It keeps going to DoorDash and every single time they take forever to get to the store and the food comes cold

I ordered online for delivery. I ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza and chocolate chip cookie. It was delivered on time. Our food was hot and delicious. The delivery driver provided good customer service. I will order again. I recommend this location.

Usually this location is on point but it's become a scam lately. No diet soda available AND they couldnt do anything to remove the item before i paid. Forced to get a $4 2-liter that I didn't want. Easier to do a bank charge-back then receive bare minimum service.
