I scraped the cheese and beef and sauce and top layer of the crust off. I was fine with that

This location was Out of Stock on what I wanted and Papa John's antiquated website will refuse to let you order from any location you want. It's automatically always the location closest to the order address. It's ridiculous.

They literally just called and canceled my ordered because they don’t have larger dough. They have small and medium dough but no large….. didn’t offer an alternative either.

It’s been over an hour and a half. Order says delivered. No pizza. Address was verified after over an hour of waiting for the pizza. Almost 2 hours now….no pizza. This place has gone DOWN hill.

I would normally order from the location near Albertsons on cave creek but my last two experiences there were awful. I gave this location a try and it was great! Pizza was made quickly and correct. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Swift and easy pick up. I’ll be going to this location from now on. (Ordered on Saturday, March 8th around 8pm)

Ordered our food at 7;15 pm got to us at 9:00 pm called the store asked to see what they were going to do a discount or something no all we got was more excuses about how they had to many orders so say that don’t give people a time then not stand behind it!!

I ordered a thin crust pizza it came cold barely any sauce on the pizza I ordered extra dipping sauce and I didn't get any I ordered wings they came with one squirt of sauce on top of them they look like dry chicken nuggets needless to say I will never be ordering from them again awful

Almost no sauce on the pizza!! And toppings were little to nothing as well. A $3 totino's frozen pizza tastes better then this! As a top google reviewer' I will not be returning to this pitiful location.
