Ordered a pizza, received it 30 minutes after the expected time, and it wasn't even cut. I called in to the restaurant to speak with the manager about replacing it, but he flat out refused and tried to get me to call DoorDash for a refund. Terrible service and will not return.

Some of the worst pizza I've ever had over sauced under cooked order sausage and onions and got so much onions I spent most my time taking them off and scraping sauce off I'd get 2 pieces of tiny squares of sausage each slice (if that) the wings I asked for well done and unsauced they were still soggy and they don't season them either never thought I'd say the dominoes is better in this area

I placed a small order for delivery and it was supposed to be delivered between 6:36-6:45. I thought it may even be delivered sooner since it was less than a 5 minute drive from the store to the destination. It wasn’t even prepared until 6:35. Not a big deal until they gave a new delivery time of 7:30. That is an hour difference!!! The people I am arranging this for were just stuck waiting. How could it possibly take that long when it is a 5 minute drive?!? I tried to call the store to see what was going on. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes without talking to anyone. Tried using customer service online and it just redirects me to the same number I’m on hold with for the store. Ridiculous! I am beyond furious and feel scammed. Also still on hold.

Papa Johns wasn’t my first choice, but it was late at night and I was being lazy. I had an issue with the app, it told me there was a two hour wait and wanted to cancel, I called but got no answer, so decided to go in. I’m glad I went in because my pizzas were coming out of the oven. Not a fan of the app.
The staff was very helpful, courteous, and pizza was very fresh.

Papa John's helped us celebrate Halloween this year. Each year, we order pizza and invite friends over. We sit in outside and hand out candy. Papa John's is the only place we can find that will allow you to pre-order pizza on Halloween . Thanks Papa John's !! The pizza was great, hot and ready when promised. Service was fast, friendly & professional.
