My 1st order was wrong. I called back and got the manager who was very apologetic and offered to remake it or refund it. I wish I had taken the refund. There is so much grease on the bottom of my pizza it's soggy and gross. Most of the pepperoni is uncooked. I wish I could post a photo. Don't waist your time or money here. I'll never order from here again.

I already don’t like papa John’s, but as a delivery driver - I go where I’m needed. The woman working tonight was very rude, and just adds to my dislike for this pizza company. Learn to have mutual respect for the delivery driver whose job is to get the order safely to the customer just as yours is to please the customer.

It was pick up so obviously there's not really going to be too much of an atmosphere but i feel like the worker wern't too happy which is understanable because there typically only one or two. My food was made on time and always correct, they use the right amount of dough unlike some other locations where the pizza feels like soggy cheese and bread. I wouldn't call Papa Johns a fancy pizza place but that's kind of the goal, they want to be more affordable and even have an app with discounts which I recommend you get. Always tip! Most people are struggling in this economy so if you don't have the money to tip then why not just buy a pizza from the grocery store. We all know that working with fast food isn't quite high paying so please be considerate to the hard workers that try and do their best but aren't paid enough. Blame corporations for this.

This is the 3rd time this store has messed up my order. This time the driver delivered my pizza upright with all the toppings sliding off. Then once I called the store to get a new one sent out, they said they did but no one should up. So once I called the store again, the manager said there was nothing she could do about it. Will never order from this location again

Delivery person claimed that we had to pay HIM for the pizza that we had already paid for. The store said it went through and to take the pizza, he said that wasn’t right and we had to still pay and we had to pay for his time. Called the store again and they claimed they canceled it. I was only a bystander so this was embarrassing for their business as it was unprofessional and unbelievable. To get the pizza, the guy said we could directly pay him. DONT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS U WANT TO RUIN YOUR OWN NIGHT. Also, first comment by the driver was sexual at my friend.

Went into this Papa Johns to get a doordash order, and the energy is this location isnso daunting, couldnt get help for about 5 minutes. Theres 6 people working, manager talking down to employees. Definately would never wanna work here.. or even order my own food here at that!
Went this afternoon, carried out a hideous pizza with barely any cheese on it. Huge spots of just sauce, because once again barely any cheese on it. Not ordering from here again

At this point i think i'm officially done with giving these fast food Places anymore of my money Phoenix, Arizona is just not it. i placed an order this afternoon & papa johns gave me a pizza that has been sitting under a heater & had the nerve to put MORE TOPPINGS & MORE CHEESE SMH. I'm a big Pizza lover & i know exactly what you guy's did. i might as well just learn how to make pizza at home rather then waisting my money on your place of business. topping were just thrown in mainly one spot. what a waist. oh i took pictures plus it was not cut properly. my hubby & i had to cut it ourselves.

At this point i think i'm officially done with giving these fast food Places anymore of my money Phoenix, Arizona is just not it. i placed an order this afternoon & papa johns gave me a pizza that has been sitting under a heater & had the nerve to put MORE TOPPINGS & MORE CHEESE SMH. Absolutely ridiculous. Placed an order at 5 and said approximately 45 minutes which is standard and not a big deal. An hour and half goes by and the delivery time keeps going up and up. Finally the tracker says my order was delivered and never was. Do not order from here for delivery.
