Absolute worst experience. Ended up not even ordering. First, my online order was cancelled for delivery. Then placed a phone order for pick up, of course the order wasn’t there and calling customer service waiting on hold for what feels like being in a loop to be transferred 15 times in 15 minutes. Another pizza place got our business tonight and I will more than likely not order from here in the future given the difficulty and complications to place an order to begin with.

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. Waited over 1 hr for an alert that said my pizza was delivered but didn’t receive it. I called only for them to tell me that my delivery driver took my pizza and clocked out. They can’t get a hold of him either. And to remake the pizza would have been another 40mins !! Manager said she couldn’t do anything !! Worst service ever.

I was on hold for 25 mins. I was ordering 2 large pizza which was supposed to be BOGO however I was charged for both and when I called to speak with someone they never came to the phone and I called mutiple time on mutiple phones I understand it's busy but someone could have came to the phone and said give us a moment I'm still waiting to hear from a manger it's simply unprofessional and lazy to take that approach.
