I was on hold for 25 mins. I was ordering 2 large pizza which was supposed to be BOGO however I was charged for both and when I called to speak with someone they never came to the phone and I called mutiple time on mutiple phones I understand it's busy but someone could have came to the phone and said give us a moment I'm still waiting to hear from a manger it's simply unprofessional and lazy to take that approach.

Ordered a Pick-Up order. (Garlic knots, and a large half cheese half pepperoni pizza). They supplied us with a full pepperoni that was burnt on the bottom, and the garlic knots were also burt. Very disappointed.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. I ordered an XL pizza well done for my husband and I on a Friday night. He can’t eat pizza dough unless it’s well done mind you we have ordered well done here and other pizza restaurants before I have never had my pizza crust burnt!!! The entire bottom was burnt! Black!! The “store manager” I spoke with said they couldn’t do anything about because all the pizzas are on the same temp for the same time. Apparently not since ours was burnt. She proceeded to tell me that she could give me my money back but only if I dropped my tone with her. Excuse me?! You burn my food and then you want to hold my money for something that isn’t edible. They need a better manager and team cause that was the worst experience I’ve had. I told all friends and family not to go to this location

My Pizza had the chees completely slid off! The service was slow, and they forgot to make my wings with my order, so had to wait for pizza to get cold while they made wings. Not cool! Don't mess with a person and the cheese on their pizza.

App informed my food was out of the been prepared then it was on its way. Hour later I had still not received my food and I was 2min away. When I called to see where my food was and that I didn’t want cold food. He told me it stays on a hot plate until delivery. Well that’s nice but it was in a bag for over a hour. On top of that the box was smashed onto the top of the pizza. Also ordered boneless wings and got Wendy’s nuggets with hardly any sauce.

Ordered pizza for the sitter and our child from this location. This Papa Johns couldn't find a driver to deliver the cheese pizza to our house. Then when they did find a driver it took the driver about 20 minutes to find our house. The pizza arrived cold. But the crappiest thing about this Papa Johns location is that they burned the pizza. How do you mess up a cheese pizza? It was a good thing the sitter and kid were hungry. Lastly, getting anything delivered nowadays is crazy expensive, plus the mandatory tip. I feel as if I was taken advantage of because 50$ for a burned cold pizza is a rip off. A diver who can't use Google maps is wasting time and delivering cold food. We will not order here again.

I placed an order and called to make the slightest adjustment of asking for extra cheese literally 12 seconds after I placed the order on June 23rd on 16:00 and he said nope there’s absolutely no way we can make adjustments when it’s not true since I’ve called other papa John’s when similar mistakes happen and they’re more than willing to help me fix it. Other than that the employee on the phone had a very condescending tone with a that’s your problem attitude and when asked if there’s nothing I can do he said if I don’t like it I can cancel my order.
