I ordered a pizza on 12/1 around 10pm . I used my rewards points. The order was to be delivered and since I didnt meet the minimum of $12 on my order I added a cookie to it. I placed the order then received a message that doordash would be delivering my order. As im watching the tracker it shows a driver headed to the store. Great. Then I see a pop up that the order is being submitted and driver #2 is now picking my order up. I waited about 40 minutes after I placed my order and called the store to see what was going on. The guy who answered the phone said he was the Mgr and that the first driver took my order so he was on the phone with doordash to get them to refund the store for my order and they wouldn't do it so he couldn't make my order. He said he would call me back after he was done on the phone. No call back. I then see driver #3 in route to store to pick up my order. I message the driver and ask if they are really going to pick it up and deliver. They actually called me and stayed on the phone with me as they went up to the door to get my order. The worker told them my pizza was cancelled and so they had nothing to give them. The drivers were very nice. So I called the store and spoke to him again. Now it's a couple minutes before 11pm. Closing time. He told me that I would get a refund for my order and that I should receive it by Wednesday. I had been up since 3am and in the ER with my husband and had not eaten all day. That didnt seem to matter to him. So whatever nothing I could do. So I call the store this morning and I speak to the assistant manager who proceeds to tell me. That their wasn't an issue with doordash at all. This particular manager is just lazy and didnt want to make my order. She tells me hes done this several times to people but they don't have anyone else to fill his spot so they just deal with it. Really? Seriously? I tell her that i used $10 in papa rewards that were set to expire today and I haven't received them back and I haven't received my cash refund back either. She says I'll get it but it takes time. I said we'll I was going to order a pizza at lunchtime today and pick it up. She says very clearly we'll I can't just give you a free pizza. I might be able to give you a cookie though. Omg I just can't believe this is how you all take care of your customers. At this point I don't even know if I ever want to visit another Papa John's again. by the way she said my order was supposedly refunded at at10:08 last night. That was only about 4 minutes after I placed the order. This issue didnt just affect me. Im sure it also affected the 3 drivers that accepted the bogus order and went to the store for nothing.

They need to fix the door so it does not close so hard and quickly. It almost cut my foot really bad because I am wearing flip flops and the door edge is sharp metal and the door is heavy. Please fix this

Worst Papa John's ever. It's comically bad how incapable management must be at this location. Order is never correct, quality is through the basement. Worth it to drive to a farther store just to ensure your food is edible and everything you pay for is included in your order

Never received our food, but cancelled the order after waiting for an hour and a half for 2 medium pizzas. The driver hadn't even picked the order up. Ordered at 4:30, text confirming delivery in 9 minutes at 4:50. At 6pm, husband asked where pizza was (I had to leave). I checked the app and that's when it said the DoorDash driver was still picking my order up and expected delivery was by 6:30. The store nor app never notified us it would take 2 hours for 2 medium pizzas? We will never order from there again, no wonder they are having trouble with their customer base, they have zero customer service skills.

I ordered a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza and a cheese and pineapple pizza. These people have the nerve to deliver me a pizza with pineapple and cheese and then the other pizzas the cheese pizza and the pepperoni pizza was just bread a little bit of sauce and a little bit of sprinkles of cheese around the side Are you kidding me? So I called the manager and I said I know y’all did not deliver me two pizzas we just bread a little bit of sauce and some sprinkles of cheese. He gonna tell me to hold on and never came back on the car I held for a whole hour They are out of line. I understand that you don’t like your job but we spend our good money that we work hard for like you at the job working hard for your money to have our stuff made the right way this is crazy.

Order a pizza and added beef to it, got the pizza delivered (via DoorDash) and there’s no beef. I called the store a little frustrated as to why there was no beef. Guy working fixed the problem very well. He told me he could get a new one delivered asap and that the DoorDash guy was supposed to tell me about the issue. We decided just to go pick it up and the guy handed me a new pizza and even offered a drink for the mistake. Thank you Papa John’s for having great problem resolution!

Do not order here if accuracy or time accounts for anything. The management does not care about accuracy. They do not care about correcting inconsistencies. This store is only concerned about getting you out the door..I have tried to consider time of day(on busy days), staff (one or two ppl working), and common mistakes. I have to open and close the door multiple times for someone to even come to the front for an order 🤣. That says a lot. At that the order is always wrong. I am done giving chances to this location.

This location is notoriously slow and often leaves out the complimentary garlic sauce and/or pepper.
If you pre-order, make the time at least 30 min prior to when you actually want it. They don't start preparing the pizza until the time you want it delivered.
