I have no idea what the food tastes like because they can’t get my order correct. We ordered food, waited for more than an hour, got a delivery notification with no food. Called and got transferred over and over again to a number that nobody answered. Money gone. Stolen. No food. No service. Avoid at all costs

Super disappointed. Waited over an hour for my pizza! I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes, then I hung up and tried the other line and they told me they would connect me and it sent me back to hold for other 5 minutes. Tried calling back and I was told I could speak to a manager and I was hung up on! I spent $40 on a pizza I never got! Super unprofessional!!!

The girl has red long hair doen to her butt playing in it pulling it apart I'm pissed i already paid for my.food they sitting in the tables that they make the pizza on while they wait for my food she handing out food while she keeps playng in here hair has not washed her hands one time😒 the dude came out moved his car never washed his hands got straight back to the food I would love a refund giving the trash this goes not to mention 6 slices for $15

We ordered 4 items in the papa pairings deal. 2 out of the 4 were absolutely terrible (to us they were not edible) and the 3 rd was just okay... Not the quality we usually receive from Papa John's. The 4th item was great (as usual!)
The 2 Papa Dilla's were highly disappointing they were made on thick pizza crust then just folded in half ..i still have the items as like I said we were disappointed and they did not look appetizing at all.
If the store was out ot the ingredients
or any items needed to make them , they could have called to let me know after they reviewed my order and i would have ordered something different. The other 2 items ordered in the deal were a medium pepperoni pizza ( and this item was "just okay" it was as if the pizza had been cooked tilted or something since most of the sauce and toppings were on side of the pizza. The 4th item was the brownies and those were delicious! No complaints on my brownies.. the other items ordered was a large thin crust pizza with pineapple and Canadian bacon . I did not order it to be half cheese and half toppings but is that is how i received, it. I have pictures of all the items. I typically do not complain to restaurants and have not ever had to submit a complaint to papa John's because up until not i have had nothing but exceptional service and great quality food items . However this is my first time ordering from this location, so i dont know if it is a location thing or just a (🤞) one time mess up. Anyway sorry for the long review/complaint but i am hoping that next time (if there is a next time) from this location that things will be as they usually are .

We ordered delivery, and needless to say, it never showed. We went to the store an hour after we were supposed to get food bcuz we were hungry. The guy behind the counter was not in PJ attire at all. He was also wearing slides while in the kitchen. He was very rude and annoyed that we were there. He was irritated with us waiting inside and made us uncomfortable, so we went right outside the door. We waited 20 more minutes as he remade our food. He didn't even come outside where we were standing to tell us our food was ready (we weren't even in the car). It was just a very bad experience. I will NEVER order from this location again.

Weird experience here. Pregnancy cravings kicked in so I placed an order online. When I went to check the tracking it said the order was cancelled. I never received any notification so I wouldn’t have even known without going to the tracking website.
Then when I went to call the store it rang for a while until eventually a guy picked up and said “stop calling here” and hung up?? Strangest experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place. Guess we need to skip this location. Seems like maybe their employees would rather not have work to do…

I ordered online and I didn't get some of my food, I tried calling no one picked up, I went there and the guy that was there was extremely rude and tossed the rest of my food at me

Employee told me not to order here so I wont order here ever again. Walked in from his car pissed that I even bothered to walk in. Needless to say I didnt bother to grab any food.

I just received via delivery a pizza full of air pockets. How this passed quality control I don't know. Apparently they have had a change in management and I will not be ordering again. I called and spoke to a man who identified himself as a manager and asked him to remake and redeliver the pizza and he hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and I kept being placed on hold. Used to order from here all the time. Never again.

There is obviously not a manager on staff right now, or the manager needs to be terminated. Sadly, this used to be a good store. To whoever is working right now, this review is not the end of this experience.
Tried to call the store, someone answered after a couple of minutes saying, "Hi, you have reached Domino's", which isn't very clever since while I was on hold, I was repeatedly told about Papa John deals. I responded, "You mean Papa John's?". They say no, and immediately disconnected the call. I double check the number online, it was the right number. It appears some slacker employee didn't want to deal with the call. I call back, still waiting on hold and it has been 25 minutes, and they repeatedly put me back on hold. The issue is no longer an issue since the order has been delivered to the wrong address already. I am writing this review to let the owner/corporate know about the experience. As a business owner, I would like to know if my employees were behaving like this.

I haven't ordered Papa John's in a while. I was staying nearby on vacation and ordered some carry out specials. The lady who took the phone order had such a heavy accent I could hardly understand her. Plus she kept trying to upsell me about 3 times.
Finally opened my pizzas at the hotel and one had the wrong topping. It was just cheese so we didn't have a problem eating it, but it wasn't what we ordered.
The guy in store was super friendly and nice though.
Definitely a communication problem on their end
