Tami the manager is the absolute worst very rude over the phone we had a delivery to living spaces for a company lunch and driver was late and lost due to being incompetent we called the manager from the store she was not helpful asked the customer to reach out to driver again and figure it out she was no help Tami needs to be fired

Just order 2 large pizzas online, and one of them didn't have any toppings. I can't even contact them about it.

The first time on my Uber Eats experience, I ordered two pizzas, and was waiting for more that hour, I saw that 3 drivers reached the pick up location and cancelled, finally the fourth driver texted me that my order already was picked up, but it is lie, horrible place, and horrible Uber Eats experience!

Been on hold for 30 minutes to make 1 order
Also was told after messing up my order to pick up the pizza I ordered delivery for a reason I'm currently on hold it's 11:19 minutes on this call and 20 on the other now I can't tell them to put the one they were gonna give to me with the order I made 10 minutes into the first call I made smh.....besides online orders how are you making money at this store find someone or few people specifically dedicated to picking up the phone.

This location is horrible tonight i ordered a decent size order two large pizzas 1 2L soda a whole hour and a half ago way before closing time and the guy on the phone says he wrote down my order just for them to not show up i waited so long for no food to ever arrive! This location is horrible and needs to be shut down now!!!!

On Thursday August 21 at about 10:15 at night I went to pick up my order that I placed online. The online confirmation said the order would be ready at about 10:09-10:20. When I arrived I saw that there was one person working. I asked him “Is there an order for Lizbeth?” Which he replied and said he still had a lot of orders ahead of mine. I replied telling him that my online order confirmation thing said around this time my food would be ready.(I just wanted to know how long my was gonna take). He replied in an aggressive tone “WELL CAN YOU LET ME TALK” I replied “I just wanted know how long” At that point I was very angry and he was threatening me first to hit me (it’s on your security camera) which then let me to argue and have a confrontation with him.
If this is the type of people Papa John hires as workers who we understand are under pressure act when someone asks “how long it will be” we don’t want to be their customers anymore in ANY franchise!!

1 pizza took 2 hours . Rediculous . Wanted me to take a cold pizza . This place sucks

Food was prepared an hour after order, horrible presentation like they didn't care, missing everything I ordered for toppings. looks like someone ripped it in half with a spoon. Cold crust, would never recommend anyone order from here.
