Will not order they want to charge 5.50 for delivery and wants you to tip the driver to if you call in the order they charge you 3.50 I don't know how they still in business.

The pizzas were hot and ready at the scheduled pickup time. I had a problem ordering online, and when I called the store, the man who assisted me was very patient, helpful, and professional.

I just ordered directly from Papa Johns Website. They didnt let me know until AFTER I PAID that a DOOR DASH driver will deliver my food. I dont eat uber or door dash because the driver is a random person. Atleast when u get delivered from a delivery driver there is accountability directly from the source you ordered from. I will never again order a pizza for delivery now knowing they will send it to a random driver who is only really working for tips. I dont eat food from random delivery drivers. If its a company driver, THATA FREAKING HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!!!! If i wanted door dash i would have ordered from door dash. PJ will never see another cent from me. And honestly i want a full refund AND my order made FREE for pick up.

Understaffed a little and I can understand that but almost half of the slices to my buffalo pizza with chicken had practically no cheese and came out wonky

Freaking crooks allowed me to place an online order. Than when I called nobody ever answered the phone! And than the app marked my order delivered. Trash ass service! I called domino’s and picked up on the second ring even after it said they were closed. This place gets a big zero 0️⃣
Ordered a large and looks like they stuffed it in a medium size box. The pizza crust was folded over one side, the cheese was peeled off when I unfolded it. The boneless wings are just giant nuggets, so get them plain or they get soggy and are gross.

Quite possibly the worst papa John’s I’ve ever had. Pizza was cooked a couple of seconds past raw and there was entirely way too much cheese. This might be the one that gets me to cut off Papa John’s for good.
