I'm not a huge fan of Papa John's. I personally prefer Pizza Hut and their "Deep Dish" rather than the "Hand Tossed" of PJ's. I go here so much because of my daughter's Mom loves their pizza and breadsticks. As long as it shuts her up and she leaves me alone I'm happy! Pick up is usually quick and effortless. I leave to go pick it up shortly after she places the order which allows me to take my time. I take even longer getting back!

This location is always good. Food is always tasty and the staff is always friendly. I order carryout for my office from here and like myself, we all wish the locations near our homes were as good as this one. I love the Papadilla!

Ordered Boneless wings and they gave me popcorn chicken size wings. I was extremely unhappy. Ask Vanessa to give me a refund for that reason and she said "the order is correct I can't give you a refund". I told her I ordered Boneless wings not freaking popcorn chicken. If you want Boneless wings go to Barros, 1 is the size of 3 from papa johns

I bought a pizza for carry out and when I got there…it was cold. How can a pizza be cold at the restaurant for carry out? The employee said that their was equipment was undergoing maintenance. The maintenance guy said that she put it on the wrong warming tray, they have two, she put it on the wrong one and now it’s my problem. First and last time I’ll come to this location.

I am so upset. I ordered 3 pizzas at 8:00am for a 7pm delivery. Never got any kind of notification for delivery or service. At 8:30 I drove down to the location and was told they were bombarded with orders. I get that but I ordered at 8:00 AM!!! so the lady apologized and said that she would credit me the delivery fee and my tip. The manager then said she would comp the whole meal. I get home one of the pizzas literally looks like it's cut in half and I'm missing the third Pizza so literally got home with one and a half pizzas. This is bullshit !!! Never again.

I ordered thick crust and received a thin crust. The wings were gross. Real fatty very little bbq sauce. It was just gross. Never again.

Half an hour waiting another 45 minutes cuz they couldn't figure out where I was I don't want no cold pizza and since they can't find it obviously they're incompatible with the other pizza deliveriesand so I will not be using Papa John's pizzas anymore in fact is I've already told others
. The last few times an order has been placed here it is 30-40 minutes late for delivery. The pizza is cold and again it’s always late. They answer the phone “what’s up” instead of saying “this is papa John’s” and have no legitimate reason why the food is so delayed. Don’t waste your time.

My pizza was wrong and my wings. Tried to call and let them know and waited for 47 min before I gave up. While I was there a customer said he got the wrong pizza so this must happen alot but after waiting the extra 20 min past the time the app said it would be ready I just wanted to go. Didn't realize til I got home that they gave me the wrong wings and the wrong topping on my pizza. Ridiculous. And the worst part is they don't answer their phone so your only option is to go back up there which I'm not going to do. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Never order from this papa johns they delivered me two messed up and when I called to let them know what happened the gm was a disrespectful (b....). Be aware.
