Great food and customer service!

I waited quite a while to pick up an online order. Additionally, the fried catfish was not great. The coating/breading kept falling off the piece of fish. Not very enjoyable.

Went with my husband and son for his 4th birthday this past week.
My husband and his family have been coming to this establishment for generations.

Our server Brian was incredibly enthusiastic about his job, he moved with purpose and was very friendly.
My husband spoke with the hospitality lead briefly about the service we received and it was apparent that these compliments are given frequently!

While for us, this is a tad pricey and reserved only for special occasions, the service and food was amazing!

Fanfreakintastic! Food is great and service is great for what they serve. I was very bummed when I went again and realized there was more shrimp and grits. But overall a very nice higher end restaurant

Great place for lunch or dinner

My family and I went in for brunch last Sunday.
It was my brother's birthday so we wanted to take him to what we thought was fine Seafood.

Now this is my second visit. The first visit was a couple of years ago and I was very pleased then.

Your bloody Marys why such a small class with no garnish? Just tomato juice, vodka and olive.

I Ordered the catfish that tasted like it had no spices whatsoever, it was also floppy and soft.

I also had the dirty rice that honestly tasted like a kitchen towel and water.

Honestly, I didn't complain at the time because I had praised so much about your food.

Two days later three people from my group said that they didn't enjoy it at all.

Our group spent well over $300 there and to be completely honest the only thing that was good honestly was the banana pudding.

I love to keep my money local and support my community. However, the quality of your food is less than par. Not sure what happened.

On a very positive note, our server was amazing as he was tipped well.

I would hope that you take these concerns seriously, which I am assuming that you will.

Came in for dinner on a Sunday evening. Most of the drinks I wanted were not available, unfortunately. We ended up getting the oysters, which are shucked at the bar. Super fresh and yummy really enjoyed the vinaigrette that was paired with it. also have the Oscar, which was yummy, but not very tender. Overall, really enjoyed our dinner and service.

Pappadeaux is always a hit. Our waitress was KD, and she was absolutely bang up (request her of you go)!
Enough for leftovers and the taste is phenomenal.

Admittedly there was a bit of sticker shock when I saw the prices, but this restaurant has both style and substance. The service was impeccable, the food flawless, and the portions generous. I definitely look forward to returning.

We were visiting from California, we don't have this restaurant in California so it was very nice. The food was very good served hot we went on a Saturday night so the place was full. We had reservations and were seated immediately. Our sever was very good. Would visit this place and others in different areas.
