We had dinner at Pappadeaux a few weeks ago as a family celebration. Our server said she has been an employee of Pappadeaux for a few decades. Service was great. The appetizer bread was delicious, we brought the what was leftover, home. I had naked salmon, while everyone else had other items. Everything was great. It was pricey for the 5 of us, but all in all, it was a great time.

All around excellence! We were a group of 12, from out of town (in Phoenix for a military reunion - so all over the USA) Our waiter was attentive and very personable. Our food came out hot and correct. Everyone enjoyed their meal. One couple were celebrating their Anniversary, the restaurant comped two desserts for all to share. Just a great dining experience!

Compared to last time when we visited, we were kind of disappointed. We only came in for a snack, so had gumbo in two versions. The garlic bread we ordered with it arrived just before we finished the dish ( thanks to Geraldine we had got a regular bread in between - no comparison to the garlic bread though ). The gumbo itself was 'okay' 🤷🏽‍♀️, maybe we are just spoiled.... ?
Well, about 20 $ for a 'bowl' of soup that seemed more like a...
