The food was phenomenal, the only complaint is the portion sizes, seemed a little unfair for the price but other than that it was delicious

S K I M P central!!! I used to go here all the time and was impressed with their macaroni salad. Now, I can only get 1/4th of the amount for the SAME price!? They went up on their price of spam musubi but the quality and taste of the spam has gone down tremendously!
Their plates are smaller and more expensive, not to mention they fired the entire staff after changing new owners instead of doing us all a favor and ceasing operations.

They just changed their Macaroni Salad portions to pretty much half the order??? And the spam is way thinner with the same amount of rice on the spam musubi???
Been coming here for 2 years and this is pretty disappointing considering the recent change in staff

I came here for lunch twice in one week and had the Paradise #2 Combo. The food here was delicious! The plate comes with Chicken Katau, Marinated Teriyaki Chicken, I think the beef was Kalbi, some Mandoo. It came with Rice, Macaroni salad (surprisingly good), and salad. My dad got the Paradise #1 combo one day and the Orange Chicken the second day. You really can't go wrong with the Paradise Combo plates and the Orange chicken was better than most that I run into.If you're downtown and need a spot for lunch I'd add this to your list no doubt. Cant wait to try the Yakisoba bowls!
Kid-friendliness: I'd bring a kid here for lunch.

The young lady at the cash was friendly and welcoming.I got the Paradise special 1, 4 kinds of meat: Kalbi, beef teriyaki, chicken teriyaki and the Meat Jun (thin meat coated in an egg batter). $16.99+tax. It includes rice, a bit of green salad and some macaroni (had too much mayo but otherwise ok).My favourite was the Kalbi, I actually ordered another half order (1-2 strips of Kalbi cut into 4 pcs). The Kalbi was tender, juicy and smokey, it has just enough char. The teriyaki meats were so so, and the Meat Jun wasn’t my type but some people may like the egg batter. They had the chili sauce which wasn’t spicy at all but sweetish. It went perfectly with the meats. It was a friendly atmosphere, family style which I appreciated.

This place is awesome. I sat next to an old guy in a wheelchair who's a regular. He said he's been coming here for years and likes just about everything on the menu. It was fun watching the playful interaction with him and the staff. I loved the food and the atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

Pretty good Hawaiian BBQ. The ribs were freshly grilled. They smelled and tasted fantastic. The chicken katsu was lightly breaded and very crunchy. The teriyaki chicken was well seasoned and had good flavor. The macaroni salad was well seasoned and surprisingly light.

One of the best Hawaiian BBQ I had in Arizona. Their macaroni salad is amazing. I had Paradise Special 1 and it had 4 different type of meats. All the meats were tender and very flavorful. The service was amazing as well. Chatted with the owners and she was very helpful and kind. I just love everything I had there. Don't forget to order spam musubi!!! Everything was excellent!! Definitely going back again to try more items!! Highly recommended!!
