I had a disappointing experience with this pizza place today due to the rude behavior of one of the employees. I first called and asked if he had slices of pizza, he answered with an attitude but said yes (he had 3 different types) I said “oh ok” and before I can ask to place an order he hangs up. Since I’m not too far away, I drop my daughter off outside the pizza place, so she can go get the slices. My daughter says “hi can I get 3 pepperoni slices? and immediately he said “can I get you to move your car?” I wasn’t planning to stay parked there, cars were passing and I was waiting my turn to pass. He was incredibly impolite and dismissive. His tone was condescending, even on the phone it just makes you feel unwelcome as a customer. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and unfortunately, this experience fell short. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers. As a business owner when people come to my shop I try to help other small businesses and I always recommend this place because I had a good experience with Seth such a good attitude and good customer service not sure if he still works there or not. This guy can take some pointers from Seth. I’m willing to remove this review if changes are made.

We had the Ditka pizza and really enjoyed it. Crust is thin, but we liked it that way. Very different than usual flavors. Also, got the Brussel sprout and artichoke salad…delicious! Never had anything like it and it was a lot! Definitely going back!

I fancy myself a bit of a pizza connoisseur. To the point where it might be an eating disorder. So you can take my word for it when I say that this place has good pizza. Just under $9 for a pep slice and a cheese slice with fresh basil and grated parm with a can of coke. The crust is the dead giveaway that these guys know what they are doing. The sauce was a teensy bit bland, but to be fair, I did have house slices so I need to give their fresh pie a shot. This place is definitely deserved of a 5 star google rating but on the more accurate pizza rating scale, I’d give this place a 7.9 and don’t get it twisted, that is a good, respectable score. Will for sure visit again.

The bruleé pizza was so tasty like the bruleé burger next door, but the dough was like chewing hard-pack gum from a New York sidewalk. The guy with longish hair working the counter was obviously stoned and not attuned to working in a kitchen. Wish I could at least take my tip back. You guys can do so much better. I know it.

Speaking on the phone to order, I feel like I’m in a comedy movie and the guy sounds like a stoner, acts like a stoner. And, of course the pizza was wrong….. good luck getting your order as you placed it. It’s happened before and I feel like food should be refunded when you drive 13 miles round trip and they can’t get the order right. As Stephan A Smith says “stay off the weed”.
