We have visited this business several times over the years at their former Desert Ridge location and also many times at this location. Many wonderful, leisurely times have been spent on their patios enjoying their desserts and coffee.

Each time has been enjoyable...the macarons, croissants, pastries, crepes and gelato are delicious...you can tell they put much love and pride into their creations. Service has always been friendly, and both shops were very cute and clean.

We will continue to support this family owned business. We are lucky to have this Parisian gem in Scottsdale!

I absolutely loved this Parisian cafe!! it took me straight back to Paris. The owners were speaking French and it felt like every customer was also fluent in French. Which to me, is the sign of an authentic French cafe. And they were so kind.
Everything looked delicious! I wanted to try it all.
I went with the savory French classic crêpe, and it was so good! I need to go back and try their croissants, macaroons and sweet crêpes. This will be my new go to place.

I had the pain au chocolate and wasn’t impressed but the chocolate almond crossaint was amazing one of the best croissants I’ve had.

We ate here on Saturday morning and had such a wonderful experience we decided to come back the next day on our way out of town. The woman cooking on Saturday appeared to be a co-owner (?) and was very nice. The man on Sunday appeared to be the other co-owner, and frankly gives the French a bad name. He was very rude to both my wife and another patron. He insisted the ham and cheese croissant we order for takeout MUST be heated in the oven and wouldn’t take no for an answer when we explained that we were going to eat them on our drive. He asked if we would be returning and when we said probably not because we live in another state, he said “Good!” How very rude. 5 stars for food and ZERO (because I can’t give negative stars) due to rudeness.

Edit: We could detect no chocolate in the croissant so thought there was a mistake, then your daughter opened it and showed us the teeny tiny bit of chocolate, really about 3 Hershey kisses worth! But she handled the situation with kindness and grace, you should take a lesson from her.

I have 63 total reviews and I think 5 are less than 3 stars, I call them as I see them. It is a standard tactic for the reviewer to respond in such a manner as below. My review stands.

This patisserie was a great find! We were in our local area and found this place when at a nearby store.

I had the ham and cheese croissant and it comes with a salad on the side. It was good and large portion.

We got some pastries to go, I think the cake was called 3 chocolates…. 🤤 sooo delicious. Also got the pistachio chocolate croissant and it’s crunchier than most that I’ve had but that’s what is so good about it.

Staff was super friendly and will definitely be back

Pivoted from the plan at the last minute and came here on a whim for my “birthday breakfast”. We will 100% be back 🤤 We both got the French Classic savory buckwheat crepe. They were huge! They also came with a small side salad. Since they are made with buckwheat they are also Gluten Free. Haven’t had a crepe since I went GF and I am so excited to have found a place! Love that it is a Mom and Pop shop too. Macarons are also GF. The pistachio was delicious 😋 We also tried Rose and Earl Grey but wasn’t as “wowed” by those flavors. We dove into our plates too quickly and missed taking any photos of the actual food.

Dietary restrictions: Savory crepes are Gluten Free.

Best croissants, best croquette variety, best crepes (sweet and savory) and best macarons in the entire state!

This place is extremely authentic and delicious. A small business that excels in each menu item, while maintaining reasonable pricing and a homey atmosphere.

Love this place and I come here weekly now.

So good and under $20 a plate. The Gelato is wonderful, and they also have macarons and fudge. They have sweet and savory food options, and I need to try every crepe now..

This is the coolest little French café—I don’t even know what else to call it. They have really, really good French macarons and excellent homemade gelato. They even make their own croissants from scratch. Absolutely 100% a great place to visit if you want a little taste of France.

Just tried Paris Rendez-vous, my wife and kids got their chocolate almond croissant, chocolate/pistachio almond croissant, croque monsieur and few macaroons. Everything was delicious, we came early morning; but you could tell it was fresh out of the oven. Whoever is making their viennoiseries really knows what they are doing. It’s as good as what you would find in a great boulangerie in France. We will come back for sure to try all the other items on the menu. We took the croque monsieur to go and cooked them in the oven, 10 min at 350F - they were also really really good, similar to what you find in France. So happy we found this place near our hom and can’t wait to try the crepes and ham/cheese croissant.
