Parlor Doughnuts

Ordered gluten free donuts on the app , payed, drove about 25 miles to pick up the order only to be told they have NOTHING that we ordered ….. that she tried to call but their phone wasn’t wasn’t working (Then you didn’t try to call 🤨) and of course you can’t get a refund there because it has to go through the app ….. typically they just get the flavors wrong and we overlook it because at least there is gluten free options but this is a whole new level of not giving a f***…. Never again

I came to this establishment with high expectations and was highly disappointed! I ordered a caramel macchiato. When I received my drink it tastes like it contained pure milk and coffee, there was no caramel. I took my drink back to the front counter and expressed my dissatisfaction with the iced coffee. Ashanti told me that there was a corporate way of making the iced coffee and it could not be remade so I then asked for a refund. She told me she could not refund me just because I did not like the drink. I am 6 months pregnant and became flustered as the drink did not meet my expectations and she was refusing to satisfy me as a paying customer. She laughed in my face and mocked me as I continued to express my dissatisfaction with the drink and customer service. As I began speaking with the manager Elliot, Ashanti continued to mock and provoke me and began to go back and forth with me in a heated argument. I began to question the managers authority over her employee behavior and professionalism. I was then asked to leave or the police would be called all because I didn’t like my drink and wanted it either remade or refunded. I can only come to the conclusion that was racial profiling, lack of professionalism and integrity. I am highly disgusted in the customer service I received. And I have plans of reaching out to the better business bureau’s, corporate, and osha. Burt however was understanding and was more than willing to accommodate my needs but his manager was unwilling.

My son’s new fav spot! If you want the best customer service then you need to come here! I am 100% not a sweet fan but I could eat Parlor Doughnuts every every single day! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing and has the best vibes you could even imagine!

Great donuts and coffee and a fun atmosphere!

First time trying Parlor doughnuts. I bought a dozen and my first one was mallo cup. A very good doughnut and I'm excited to try the rest of the flavors as soon as I can find room to eat another one. I'll definitely be buying more of the doughnuts.

They have some great keto and also some gluten-free options for donuts. Both are really good!

I heard great things, so I decided to try. I got a triple chocolate, and it wasn't as good as I was expecting. I felt like it was heavy with oil and had a very oily taste. The chocolate was very subtle. Just wasn't for me.

We were so excited to try this place and purchased 6 beautiful donuts. We brought them home and they were completely raw inside. Inedible. We threw them all away... expensive and disappointing. We won't be returning.

Hands down the BEST doughnuts I’ve ever had. Got a dozen for my office and we only have 7 people there… all the doughnuts were gone in a matter of hours ? we don’t even finish Crumbl cookies but these were just amazing. I will always recommend this place. I highly suggest getting the maple bacon doughnut ? absolutely delicious.
