I am giving this place a one star because there isn’t a ZERO star rating. I was profiled as “drunk” for looking Hispanic! The manager, kevin… intersected us (my husband and I) after entering the upstairs bar following the hostess recommendations.He very rudely told us that he couldn’t served us because of the way “I looked”. I explained to him that we got off the Arizona bike after going to 2 bars and having only 2 shots for the night. We accepted it and told him we just need to use the restroom and we would be on our way since this establishment serves people based on how “they look”. We would not spent our money on a racist establishment.After we got back to the bike, the captain of the pedal bike asked us to come speak to her contact “Kasey”, so as much of an inconvenience as it as, we got off the bike again and approached the front door of the business. We were stopped by Kasey who was profiling me again as a Hispanic and told me that my tone was loud and she did not like the way I spoke! (Apparently being upset is not acceptable) she was not coherent and seemed to communicate at a very low educational level, she could not hold an intelligent conversation and felt the way I looked, spoke, handled myself made her feel uncomfortable. This is racism 1 on 1, when a person feels uncomfortable to deal with someone else that looks, speaks and handles themselves differently.I have done bikes in MANY different towns, meet people in different places but NEVER experienced racism to this extent.Also, I am writing this after getting off this bike… if I was as “impaired” as they assumed, I probably would not be able to write this post. But ok!Truly sorry for this town and this establishment.My Hispanic people, DON’T support this place. They judge and profile people based on “the way they looked”

The food was good. Only after I ordered the smash burger and received a chicken sandwich. This blatant error was solely on behalf of the dimwit bar tender who seemed to have an attitude. We seated ourselves upstairs. They made good on replacing the order. After we got the bill we noticed the same dim wit bar person overcharged us for drinks. Didn’t catch the young woman’s name who took our order incorrectly and also overcharged us, but another employee took care of us and comped the beer we were overcharged for. Recommend the mangement watch the deceitful and vindictive employees they hire. Overall I commend the employees who compensated the patron for this idiot girl working the upstairs bar. Note: this just in, I received a one word response from the geniuses running the place, it was “ charming”. Figured as much from such a shallow minded individual. Birds from the same feather, flock together. As the old adage goes… that response and resolution is a sure way for patrons not to return to this joint!

Stopped in for a Sunday afternoon cocktail at the rooftop bar. Had a great time with the other patrons & Andrew behind the bar was awesome!Drinks and beers were delicious and much less expensive than anticipated. Didn't try the food but the fried chicken looked and smelled amazing. DJ was a nice touch. Will be back.

Our group has time to kill before our flight out of Phoenix area. Someone at the Japanese Friendship Garden recommended Pedal Haus. Very glad we went. It was Sunday afternoon and we had no issues getting a table (the place is big). Our server Lilly was FANTASTIC, attentive and friendly! I had the White Rabbit Hazy IPA which was a solid beer. My food choice was the Smoked Short Rib Hash which was unexpectedly amazing! I was expecting just decent bar food but this was over the top good. The rest of the group enjoyed their beers and food as well. We ate inside but once we closed tab, we went upstairs to finish off the visit. It's a nice space with a bar and DJ.Parking: The area is popular so you'll have to find street parking which has paid meters. We had to park about 3 blocks away.

Where do I start?! I had an amazing experience the food was awesome and my server was great. Mario went above and beyond at making me and my family feel welcomed! It didn’t stop there though he made sure we had everything we wanted and had a great time. I would have been back just cause of the customer experience alone but along with the great food and drinks. We’re regulars now!!
