Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

I order here for the lettuce wraps, and today they were horrible. They tasted burnt and oversalted, and they were barely edible. In fact, I could only choke down a portion of one order, and then I threw the rest away, along with the 2nd order I bought. The underlying burnt flavor combined with the oversalt was just lovely - NOT. And the vege rolls had this weird underlying taste. Couldn't figure it out at first. Then it dawned on me. It's an underlying flavor of shrimp. It's like they maybe used the same deep fryer oil for fish or shrimp as they did the vege rolls. The chicken fried rice had 8 pieces of chicken in it, in about 3 cups of rice. Stingy much? And I paid for extra mushrooms, snap peas, and bean sprouts, and I didn't see much of those either. I also asked for extra sauce for the vege rolls, and naturally I got none at all. It's simply not acceptable to pay $65 for burned, oversalted meals, where the vege rolls taste like spoiled shrimp, especially when there are plenty of other delicious Asian food restaurants near me, managed by competent people. I'm not risking ever again buying this burned, oversalted food, with vege rolls that taste like spoiled shrimp. So congrats. Your food was seriously the crappiest food I've had in a long, long time. And now I'm sitting here wondering if it's going to make me sick. It's that bad. Save your time, and don't send me coupons. I won't be back, ever, and I'm blocking your emails. Your food is just too disgusting to ever try again.

I thought I had found the best Chicken Pad Thai until I tried it at Pei Wei. It's taken me by such surprise how good it is. Where TC2G falls short, Pei Wei seems to make up for it- it is sauced all throughout, I never get a dry spot or a bite without flavor. The chicken is never dry or lacking in flavor. It's always made consistently, no matter how many times I've gotten it, it's always been delicious. You actually know what to expect and you can always expect it to be good.
Perfect to cozy up with, now that it's getting chilly, such a good comfort meal.

I like this place, tasty and large portions, everyone is welcoming and everything is clean. My suggestion is that some dishes are too sweet feels like too much sweet sauce. It’s good anyway!

The manager at this location is so dedicated! He truly cares about the level of service his restaurant provides. Plus the food is so fresh and amazing! I truly enjoyed my meal! I order chicken fried rice and honey chicken. So good!

Service was great .. didn't have sweet&sour sauce. But over all good Mongolian beef the crab wonton could use some more flavor, or maybe some kind of sauce..

As this was my first time here. I was very impressed with the service as Santiago went above and beyond providing amazing experience! He provided fresh chopped up habaneros. Overall I was very impressed by the open kitchen along with the service they provided!

This place has the worst customer service. I walked in there and they have 10 people working and not one person greeted me. And it wasn't busy in the dining area. I walked in to sit down to sit and order and not one of the people working there acknowledged me. It was after someone walked in after me for a pick up order that someone working there greeted them. I walked out after over 5 minutes of not being acknowledged and will never go there again. I won't recommend that place to anyone.

I was very surprised! The young man who took my small order was SUPER nice..they don't charge much for a "side of fried rice" !Came fast & was Fresh &Hot....I will be back....this was "on Easter Day, too"....
