Came in on 430 on a Sunday and it was the worst service we've had a in a while. Orange chicken came out scorched, management seems to not really get it. Do better.

Experience! This was my first time trying Pei Wei, and I'm so glad I did! Not only was the food delicious, but the customer service truly blew me away. I wasn't a fan of the noodles I originally ordered, and without hesitation, the manager (I believe) went above and beyond - offering me a brand new entrée free of charge and even covered our drinks. That kind of care is rare these days, and it really made my experience unforgettable. The Honey Hot Chicken was sooo yummy - crispy, flavorful, and the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The Hot Fire Chicken was also amazing and had just the right amount of heat. Great food, even better service. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Pei Wei! 💛🥢

I came in today and it was my first time experiencing Pai Wei and honest to God it was phenomenal. My hostess sunny welcomed me in and walked me through the menu I really felt welcomed and I just wanted to give her recognition for her amazing customer service and positive attitude. The food was pretty good and will definitely be back soon.

The people who work here are usually super nice, but when we stopped in for lunch today, but they must have been very understaffed today. No one was at the front counter and no one acknowledged use for the several minutes we waited at the counter. There were 4 people waiting to order in front of us, too, so we weren’t alone. He only had so much time for lunch so we left and went somewhere else without ever being noticed.

Gristle. The dish had so much gristle I could not believe it. It was not worth the time or $25 for it. Not even close. I will say the customer service was excellent, but the food was horrible.

We ordered through the Pei Wei website for delivery and they deliver using Door Dash drivers. The driver repeatedly drove around the restaurant never picking up our food, after an hour HE canceled the order. When calling the restaurant, the manager argued repeatedly, saying we used a 3rd party to order so this isn't his problem. He finally agreed just to remake the food and said it's up to us to get it. I love the food here but will never be ordering from this location again.

As an update, contacting Door Dash, they said to contact pei wei for any issues since we DID NOT order through them. And the remake was missing an item.
