The people who work here are usually super nice, but when we stopped in for lunch today, but they must have been very understaffed today. No one was at the front counter and no one acknowledged use for the several minutes we waited at the counter. There were 4 people waiting to order in front of us, too, so we weren’t alone. He only had so much time for lunch so we left and went somewhere else without ever being noticed.
The best gluten free GF Chinese food anywhere
Love Pei Wei! Great food, friendly staff, and this location always has fast service. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it!
Gristle. The dish had so much gristle I could not believe it. It was not worth the time or $25 for it. Not even close. I will say the customer service was excellent, but the food was horrible.
We ordered through the Pei Wei website for delivery and they deliver using Door Dash drivers. The driver repeatedly drove around the restaurant never picking up our food, after an hour HE canceled the order. When calling the restaurant, the manager argued repeatedly, saying we used a 3rd party to order so this isn't his problem. He finally agreed just to remake the food and said it's up to us to get it. I love the food here but will never be ordering from this location again.
As an update, contacting Door Dash, they said to contact pei wei for any issues since we DID NOT order through them. And the remake was missing an item.
Given drunk noodles instead of chicken lo mein. Luckily I am one of the few in this neighborhood NOT allergic to peanuts
Was having trouble using a coupon in the app. Asked the manager if he could allow us to use it in store, and he refused. We left.
I stop in for work, doing Uber eats and decided to try for the first time. The quality is there and polite and respectful staff. Jose also broke down the menu and was helpful. Since then, I have been back. Food Is delicious.
Very unfortunate experience. My family and I went here for dinner at 5pm. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the kitchen was preparing a few to go orders but absolutely dead inside. We ordered the feast meal. The dumplings it came with were served to us frozen. The girl working the front came with a bowl took them off the plater and took them back to the kitchen to finish cooking them. I thought this seemed like a sanitary issue since it was already at our table and touched by our fork and we definitely couldn’t eat them being that they are frozen. The feast meal also comes with donuts and a frosting. We were given a frosting that was already used, mind you this plater cost about $50 plus. Again the lady just starred at me and has nothing to say so I proceeded to let her know I was finished with this horrible experience and I will post a review to make sure other people are aware of the service and food being given. Nothing nada no apology refund nothing. Took the used frosting and walked away.
Jose was extremely hospitable and very gracious and courteous to my boyfriend and my needs. Hands on great customer service and very cleanly atmosphere. Checks on guests and makes sure everything is going well from beginning to end.

Had a great experience today with the staff. Jose the manager is a great guy and cares about his customers. Would highly recommend this location. Always friendly and amazing food !!! Will 100% be back.
Ordered on DoorDash made all condiment requests clear - received none not even a spoon to eat my soup. Disgraceful.
I do not know what had happened to Pei Wei. The food is just bad. I ordered orange chicken, but it was hard to recognize chicken in it. In the past, this dish also used to have onions and peppers - not any longer. Tap water is good.
I order here for the lettuce wraps, and today they were horrible. They tasted burnt and oversalted, and they were barely edible. In fact, I could only choke down a portion of one order, and then I threw the rest away, along with the 2nd order I bought. The underlying burnt flavor combined with the oversalt was just lovely - NOT. And the vege rolls had this weird underlying taste. Couldn't figure it out at first. Then it dawned on me. It's an underlying flavor of shrimp. It's like they maybe used the same deep fryer oil for fish or shrimp as they did the vege rolls. The chicken fried rice had 8 pieces of chicken in it, in about 3 cups of rice. Stingy much? And I paid for extra mushrooms, snap peas, and bean sprouts, and I didn't see much of those either. I also asked for extra sauce for the vege rolls, and naturally I got none at all. It's simply not acceptable to pay $65 for burned, oversalted meals, where the vege rolls taste like spoiled shrimp, especially when there are plenty of other delicious Asian food restaurants near me, managed by competent people. I'm not risking ever again buying this burned, oversalted food, with vege rolls that taste like spoiled shrimp. So congrats. Your food was seriously the crappiest food I've had in a long, long time. And now I'm sitting here wondering if it's going to make me sick. It's that bad. Save your time, and don't send me coupons. I won't be back, ever, and I'm blocking your emails. Your food is just too disgusting to ever try again.
