Service is amazing. The manager at this location is very professional and can tell takes her job seriously. My complaint is not with her or the service as a whole. My complaint is the quality of the food this time around. There's about a 70% chance I get food poisoning tonight based on what I had for lunch here. The chicken in the dish I ordered was extremely rubbery and needed a solid 3-4 minutes to cook. Unfortunately, I ate a piece that I definitely should've spit out that tasted completely raw. It was beyond rubbery to the point of almost being crunchy on the inside. After I ate this, I looked at other pieces of chicken and noticed that most of them were pink on the inside. If I die tomorrow, it's because of the dish I just ate while I was there. Serving raw chicken is legitimately dangerous and more measures should be in place to ensure quality coming out of the kitchen.

I used to eat Pei Wei somewhat regularly, but after several mediocre experiences, I quit going. It’s been about 4 years since the last time I had it, but I was extremely impressed. There must be a great crew and management here. Food was perfect, still warm and crispy despite being delivery. The portions were huge and they were kind enough to provide bowls, utensils and plenty of napkins and sauce. I also like the newer menu items.

I just got hung up on by an employee after calling to inform them that all the allergy relevant adjustments after ordering from a Pei Wei employee.which I stated no onions. No peanuts. Things happen. I get that. But when I called and said they may want to double check items with allergy specifications, and I had to toss $70 worth of food. I was told "have a nice day" and hung up on. No wonder why this location can't retain staff or customers. A simple "sorry" would of helped erase the annoyance of the complete disregard for the business

We order from this particular restaurant regularly through GrubHub. I ordered Firecracker Tofu tonight as I have many times. The rice was dried up in balls and there were no vegetables as there usually are, just the tofu and a couple scallion pieces. URP! And the fortune cookie was stale. Gag a maggot!

Amazingly delicious food, comfortable, stylish atmosphere, fantastic service crew. Their chicken teriyaki was so flavorful. Being able to have a glass of wine with this yummy food was a super plus. The manager, Eddie Perea, was such a gracious host.
