Love the food!

I ordered through DoorDash and was so disappointed! We ordered the Honey Seared Chicken and Orange Chicken but they both tasted exactly the same. The chicken lettuce wraps were inedible. The whole thing tasted like liquid smoke and the sauce paired with it was essentially liquid smoke with spice. Hoping it was just an off day or maybe we ordered too close to closing time.

A bit pricey for what you pay for, but its definitely better than Panda

That was absolutely horrible my lettuce wraps tasted like old uncleaned grill ….the rice on my Mongolian beef was drowning in sauce hardly no rice at all ….its just not like it used to be !!!! I hated every second of my meal ….yuck

Great! Food was hot and of sufficient quantity. Place was clean. Service was great.

Soooo nice & fresh food!

Placed an online order through GrubHub with Pei Wei at 267 E Bell Road Phoenix, AZ in 3/25/25 at 12:15. Was told order would be ready at 12:28. Arrived to restaurant. No order ready. Showed manager my order number and my Bank of America account that my bank had deducted $19.39 from my account. Manger didn’t believe me. He went to call his manager. Came out and after telling me what an imposition it was going to said they’d make it for me. Then he went on again that it was going to cost his restaurant to do so. I told him to not bother. So spent almost $20.00, have no food and it’s my birthday! Happy birthday to me. Pei Wei sucks!!!

I got the kung pao chicken with fried rice and it was AMAZING!! The staff here is very friendly and my food came out HOT and quick!!! Highly recommend this location

Sad to hear that the salad roll wraps are gone, but they have some new delicious choices.

We actually like this place and we go frequently but today was not such a good experience. First of all the app was really confusing since it's apparently been changed and had a terrible time figuring out how to change my order once I got something started and then I had to sign in again and I've always been able to just go into it and who remembers their password for something like this. But then the order contained two items with brown rice instead of white and the order when we picked it up said that but they both contained White rice. It wasn't worth going back for but it was certainly a disappointing experience all the way around

The food was really good and made fresh. Good portions too.

This day wasn't the location's best. We had to wait for a couple of minutes before anyone showed up to take our order. No one was behind the counter at lunch hour? The chicken in my dish seemed rubbery and I thought there was too much sauce and too many red peppers.
