Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

Got the beef and broccoli, with barely and beef or broccoli. Beef was ALL fatty and chewy, not a single edible piece in the entire dish. The rice tasted stale and old. I haven't tried this place since they changed their recipes years ago and I see they haven't gotten better. This place used to be amazing.

This Pei Wei never misses!!!! always hot and still crispy, even when we place an order for pick up. but I highly recommend dining in bc the portions are good and the food is high quality.

The staff are so friendly and polite. I saw them being extra helpful to a gentleman in an assisted mobility device and limited speech. It looked like he had frequented the place bc they all stopped to say hi to him. Makes me happy to see young people have great manners and empathy 😊

I always come to this restaurant and all the cashiers are great. But I was in on Tuesday around 8:50 and there was this lady who I think was a manager as she was wearing a dark blue polo shirt with long black hair, and pale skin. She shouted “pendejo” at one of her employees and I don’t speak spanish but I know what that means. She was yelling very loudly for a long time, it honestly made my husband and I very uncomfortable to be there. This isn’t the first time she’s done this either, this is just the first time i’m speaking up about it. I told the cashier that was working that night and she was very nice and apologized the woman’s bad behavior. She also tried to accommodate me but I told her not to worry and that I would speak out about this. She should know she needs to be more professional about the way she speaks to employees and keeping her voice down especially when there’s customers in the dining room.

Jocelyn, if that was even her real name was incredibly rude on the phone. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with Pei wei. I thought trying a new location would be better. It wasn’t. Please teach your so called “shift leads” to have manners.

I lts 233 am and i can't sleep cause of the food poisoning i got here its coming out of both ends. Staff was nice though
