Lupe is truly amazing! Every time I come in and she’s working, she gives 110% in customer service. She always remembers your name and uses it throughout the visit, making the experience feel personal and welcoming. Lupe goes out of her way to let you know about current deals, helps set up rewards, and even makes sure to ask if you’d like any sauce or utensils when your food arrives. She genuinely cares for you like family! Lupe absolutely deserves a raise—and a promotion if she’s not already the manager. If you stop by, definitely look for Lupe! 💖

I'm giving it a five star because, although the food is always good. From Texas, Dallas, to here, in Phoenix, I've been to Pei Wei for several years and always had good food. So five starts on food. The rest gets 4 stars. It's not dirty, but it's missing that warm, welcoming feeling. Maybe it's just the front line people, because the cooks are busy cooking, so i don't know. It's a good place for sure, and we will go back.
I had the bourbon chicken with noodles, and she had the wrap chicken. Both great dish. Forgot to take pictures.

DO NOT EAT HERE if you are gluten free, so so so upset that I ate here. They offer GF options yet those are NOT GF. Got sick here because they don't understand how to make food GF. Not the first time I got sick at this location. If you have any allergies or sensitivies DO NOT eat here. On top of that the service is terrible, had to wait to order for several minutes while the girl behind the counter stood there playing with the lids for to-go orders until the cook handed them to her, no one was there for those orders and did not show up until several minutes after she finally took our order. Had to repeat GF when I ordered twice because she did not acknowledge it so who knows if she didn't even mark it as GF for the cook.
