Everytime i go here i get treated like im customer #1 Richard is always helpful and suggesting new food . I believe Richard should be a manager there as he is well knowledgeable and his work ethic is Barnone !!!!!

Pei Wei, what happened? I had such fond memories of the food, but my visit this evening was such a disappointment. Overcooked Firecracker chicken and an egg roll that was so dark it was about 2 shades away from black. Here's a tip: don't be afraid to take your overcooked food from here back to the chef and ask for a re-do. I wish I would have.

We’ve been eating at this location for a number of years and it’s been a great place to get our Asian food fix! The staff has always been great to us which is why we continue to frequent this location above all other locations. I highly recommend this place.

I made the mistake of purchasing a $43 meal for my family this past weekend and it was awful. I'll stick with Panda Express or Abacus Inn. The only reason i gave them one star was because the service was good and eating area was nice.

Pretty disappointing. Asked for extra spicy but it was underseasoned and bland. Also the fried rice didn't have sprouts in it like it's supposed to. The last few times the taste and quality just isn't what it used to be. Just not worth it.

I ordered the Korean BBQ chicken wings and spring rolls. The skin on the wings hadn't been fried properly, chewy skin on wings is a bad mouth feel and if this was one of their hottest dishes then, for spice lovers, go somewhere else, these were mild at best. The spring rolls were severely over fried to the point the wrapping shattered when bitten and tasted bitter. The interior ingredients were unidentifiable and mushy and the sauce was sweet with no depth of flavor. That is probably the overarching observation of the food I ordered - no depth of flavor. The food was disappointing, as this was my first time eating at this establishment and probably my last. If I were Jet Tila I wouldn't want my name on this food.
The service was great, though and the young woman at the counter was helpful, informative, and kept the tables bused and cleaned.
Updating review: picked up my order last night and the fried rice was soft and mushy and there was no flavour to the firecracker chicken or the hot honey chicken. Got the same order at another location 2 days prior and it was an amazing. This location, disappointed and it ended up in the trash.
From 2023: Went for takeout the other night - the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and told to take our time deciding. Food was prepared quick (as quick as one can cook food). The service was amazing and friendly. The only issue is they have a code for the bathroom. When I asked one of the workers (the cook, as the bathrooms are next to the open kitchen) for the code, they seem to get talked to for giving me the code rather than to stop cooking mine and other peoples food to open the door for me - which then would involve them washing hands and everything else. At the time of day we were 2 of 6 customers and it doesn’t seem a unhoused transient problem area so not sure why someone would have an issue with the bathroom code - which I forgot by the time I got into the bathroom.

I caught food poisoning here on April 11, 2024 I ordered a poke bowl. I'm still waiting for someone from corporate to reach out to me. This is quite frustrating. I was sick at work with cold chills and diarrhea and I passed out from being nauseous at work. It was very traumatizing

We got food there on Thursday for my wife’s birthday. They forgot some of our food and we called to notify. The lady on the phone told us she would put us down for 2 free entrees. They however didn’t. We went back today and we were told is on us because we couldn’t remember the girls name and didn’t take a picture of the receipt. We were not advised we needed it. The manager was really rude when he told us it’s our fault. I forgot I ordered online so here’s the receipt bro. We will never go to this location again. They take forever to make the food and the constantly mess up the order or forget items. I’ve let it go too many times with this store.
